Clean facilities and room. Updated furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very close to the Metro. Parking was a bit cumbersome. We would stay here again.

My checkout was pretty early. The guy was setting up for the morning. He assumed I knew to use the dropbox for me to put the room key. I didn't hear his instructions because he was moving about. I asked him to repeat, he got annoyed. He was okay, but not welcoming. Holiday weekend. Housekeeping knocked at 8:24am to clean my room. I was up, but I thought that was very early. (Shrug). Better than not...

Property was very clean. Only negative was the maintenance. Several sloppy painted areas, which were odd considering how nice it was. AC was perfect, thank goodness, since we stayed during a major 104° heat wave.

Great place to stay. Close to many shops and transportation. The room was a bit small but super comfortable and clean. Staff was always kind and ready to help! Mariela was great! The cleaning staff were very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient, clean and reasonably priced. Nice market and water in the lobby and the room was stocked with a coffee maker and pods. Parking was only $20/night but free with their hotel chain membership. Nice exercise room but no pool. AC could have been a bit quieter. We can't comment on the restaurant because we didn't eat there.

Even Hotel is cleaned situation at the heart of Rockville. The Bathrooms are cleaned.

Clean, comfy bed, friendly staff. Bad design for bathroom doors in room. No privacy. Bad parking situation. Disliked having to pay for parking and then being assigned to a garage that was dark, a walk away from the hotel and parking was only available on upper floors.

Location They charged my card an extra $114.37 over night and now I have to wait on a release of my funds which we don’t know how long that will be. I was strictly budgeted for this trip because it was a medical trip and that put me into a place where I had to borrow money for my return trip.

My stay was very comfortable and that started with the friendly, helpful staff. My room was very clean. Very nice toiletries. Great bed. However, I didn't have any exercise equipment like pictured in the photos. A minor disappointment. Also, they might consider carrying some healthier snacks in the snack bar, like organic or gluten free options.

Nice place, very clean. Only one elevator worked, which seems to be permanent. It was this way when I stayed 1.5 years ago. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Beyond that very nice.

The stuff was nice and very friendly The $20 car garage per day when you have to park the car at 5th floor in other building, I don’t like the store prices in lobby costs 200% extra and AC noise at night

Breakfast (for which we paid $10 extra) was mediocre and underwhelming: eggs, sausage, muffins and mediocre coffee. No yogurt and very limited fruit selection. If you have a car, I suggest skipping breakfast at the hotel.
