Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bethlehem by IHG

The only disappointing part was when I tried to use the pool and a swim school was using it. The time was supposed to be from 1pm-5pm and when we went down to use it at 12:30 the school was already starting their program. We used the pool the day before and although it was a little warm it was refreshing. They may want to check the levels of chemicals as the water was somewhat cloudy. Altogether a nice experience this weekend.

The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give us more. We had to go down to get the towels ourselves (not by choice). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is very nice, clean and maintained. The staff is nice and the pool area is very clean the gym is clean as well but tiny.

Great location right off the interstate. Clean property, friendly service, good breakfast.

Clean hotel and great space for the money. Served its purpose for the value. I kept having key issues and had to go back to the front desk to get replacements 4 times for one overnight. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star

Room wasn't available when I arrived. Was called earlier in the day to confirm reservation that was prepaid almost 3 months earlier. Breakfast was terrible. No orange juice the first day, no apple juice or orange juice the second day. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone!!

Blankets were dirty with stains that look like they come right off if washed properly n other things look too stained n dirty smh for the price ya need to do better

Breakfast was excellent. Pool area was open and accessible early in the morning/late in the evening. You don't always get that at other hotels. Hotel was clean but could use a little more parking if I'm nitpicking.

Convenient location. Free parking Very less number of parking spaces..Pool water was not clean. No complementary water bottles in room. No electric kettle in rooms.

Clean, easy to get to. Breakfast was good. Right next to highway on/off ramp. Convenient but not when you want uninterrupted sleep. Use a sound machine or fan.

We were very surprised by how spacious the room was. The bathroom featured a large tub with jets. The pool and hot tub were easy to access. We really enjoyed the hot tub. n/a

It’s close to the highway so if you are a light sleeper you will hear trucks at night but that’s the only negative I can think of. Everything else was great.
