Candlewood Suites Bethlehem South by IHG

I liked the room layout and the comfortable beds. The staff was very kind. They may be a little short on housekeepers and laundry at the time. IMO every room should come with 4 towels and 4 washcloths. It's been a while since we only had 2 of each in our room, but if you go to the desk they will give you more.

This is the 2nd time staying there and we really like it. Very close to the casino. Having a suite is an advantage. Very clean and comfortable stay.

Great stay

Hair, hair everywhere. Black and short (definitely not mine), all over the bathtub, on the walls of the shower, scattered over the bathroom. Pointed it out to the front desk and arranged a time for it to be cleaned but they never did. Doubtful if room service even stepped foot in the place.

Love staying here

I love staying at this hotel!!! There is no other place that I would rather stay! ALL of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

I didn't have any issues with the property or staff. My problem was I booked 2 rooms for 4 people. I didn't realize that they charged MY credit card $50.00 on each room so when we arrived each of us paid a forth of the remaining balance. I didn't realize I had already paid $100.0 which wasn't split among the 4 of us so I'm out $75.00 because I don't feel comfortable asking my friends for $25. The explanation when I called was they do that because of the nearby casino to make sure the credit card is good. I would have been nice to have been told that when we checked in.

It was convenient to where my workspace was It’s by a major highway, and it was a little noisy

Nice place. Room was great! Beds very comfortable. Easy access

Everything Nothing

It was a nice clean place to stay. However, their information on Expedia states pets stay for free, yet they charged me $75.00

Bad

Just pull around front to drop your bags off, otherwise you have a walk from the back parking lot to the front entrance.
