Very good

We liked the location. The shower head had black mold. We did not use shower. When I made a complaint, I just a sorry and they will have someone deep clean it with a $25 competition.

I like that my dog was allowed to stay. We had a dog but our neighbor had a dog and kept barking all night. The dog fee is more than what was stated in the q & an online. There was 30min before checking out my husband had went out to put stuff in car and the worker came inside when I was changing. Keep getting email notifications spam to do this review so not a fan of that either when it’s been 3months.

Everything was updated since our last stay and it was a fantastic stay. Unfortunately, we were in town for a funeral but the location made everything very accessible. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel I give 5 stars.

the restaurant/bar was closed on sunday., but there were places to eat, in walking distance.

It's a great location, very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd stay there in a couple months, and I'll be back.

Did not like the rooms and the smell in the hallway

The shower also had a drainage issue—the water kept accumulating while I was showering instead of draining properly. Overall, the room did not feel as clean or well-maintained as I expected. I hope management addresses these issues, especially the odor and shower drainage, so future guests can have a more comfortable stay.

Rooms were clean. There's a nice little convenient shop in the lobby for drinks and snacks and such. Nice restaurant/bar in the lobby, the burgers were phenomenal. The continental breakfast was very nice-eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles all manner of pastries and some cereal options. The staff was very nice. Lobby access by key card at night for security. Would stay there again. The tv remote didn't work well, but they gave me one at the front desk to use. The area is a little run down, but it's undergoing some revitalization projects, that's hardly the hotels fault though and really didn't affect our stay.

Close to my meeting, everything was clean, good breakfast, everyone was polite. Excellent Service!!

Absolutely lovely staff and fresh coffee and lemon water in lobby very nice to have. The third floor hallway has a terrible smell that never went away during our four-night stay. Our room felt stale and the drapes weren’t on their tracks, mold in upper corners of shower and smudges on bathroom walls. Just feel very, very “lived in.”

They saved me from my original stay. I arrived after being “hotel homeless” from a terrible hotel that I had originally booked. I was bawling and feeling sick still from the other place. The front desk treated me like a friend, not a guest, and got me in quickly and early so I could shower and recover. This hotel was fresh, very clean, looks brand new. On site supper restaurant has a pub feel and the live music was great. Breakfast was fantastic even at the end of the continental window time. Staff even checked on me the second day to make sure I was ok! Convenient location, and I felt very safe there as a solo traveller. I didn’t make use of all the amenities this time but I will definitely stay again.
