Disappointed and underwhelmed. We drove 3 hours from NY to PA to stay at Wind Creek for our 28th wedding anniversary. The staff was on auto pilot when checking in, barely looking at us or acknowledging the event or our travel. The room, although big, was underwhelming. No bathtub in the room. Thermostat was broken too. Way too much smoking taking place in the casino. Sat at an electronic machine with a live host and waited 30 minutes for a waitress (after turning on the set of light) and she never showed. Not a place we would ever go back to.

The room was okay, great big shower and strong hot water pressure, one of the chairs in the room had a lot of stains on it, the parking was valet reasonable pricing per night, the casino was to me small but I liked it, the pool was closed, some of the stores like the ice cream shop was closed, when asked a manager they didn’t know why and where not even aware if it, their general store / gift shop was closed to do lack of business which I was surprised at, but overall hotel staff where very nice, friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again

Enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly staff, just need to hit a jackpot for a change at any one of Windcreek for once in my life.

Unfortunately, the pool is under construction. There is no coffee bar and no breakfast so there are no amenities. The complementary drinks were very nice. The room is very nice, but the room needs to be cleaned of all hair and the Matt need to be cleaned. There were enough towels, please add wall mounted shampoo/conditioner dispensers.
