Customer service was top notch. Check in was easy. Room was nice. Only negatives: 1) the ac unit in the room was noisy, like loud. 2) Expedia doesn’t not tell you you have to pay to park in the garage, it was $12 and change.

Nice location and excellent staff. Rooms are a little dated and carpet stained.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property! The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious. We were greeted by Rose at the breakfast buffet and she informed us of the selection which was nice and delicious.

The breakfast was exceptional, with quite a variety of healthy choices. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The halls were quiet and well lit, and the front desk and Pantry staff friendly. I had NO disappointments.

Paid parking $27, breakfast comparable to La quinta and other budget friendly hotels. Staff were very good . Clean room. just like any other hyatt no microwave. I dont know why but we can hear our neighbor talking not loudly talking seems like soundproofing room not welll. Pool is small and cloudy but yes its 80degrees whish is wonderful.

Property location was very convenient to many restaurants and pubs. The room was massive and impressive for a simple double queen room. A bottle of water was almost $4. Hot water in the shower never got hot enough for me.

The hotel is well located , included breakfast, accessible parking, clean and spacious room.

All was very good. However there is a very bad odor coming from around the reception desk and where the cold snacks are displayed.
