I really didn’t care for the breakfast

The room was very clean and huge! The showerhead and drain could use some updating. Was sad that they stopped serving hot breakfast at 8:30 when breakfast went until 9am. However, there were plenty of options to eat. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We would definitely stay again!

When speaking with the front desk, it sounds like they knew about the bad smell already. They said that they would contact me to compensate me for having to stay in a bad room, but they did not. For $200 I would expect a fresh smelling room. The place we stayed in the next night was half the cost and much better quality.

You get a free cookie other than that it is probably the worst hotel I have ever had the unfortunate stay at The staff is very rude, they have completely unreasonable expectations I wouldn’t come back here if you paid me to. The general manager does not hire house cleaning and expects it to be done by guests and will charge exorbitant fees for almost nothing wrong

Enjoyed being able to have coffee whenever I wanted it. Beds were amazing!!

Friendly staff, enjoyed the cookies, room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable, location right by the highway was convenient, we appreciated that breakfast was included. The ice machine on the 2nd floor produced ice with black flecks in it. The hotel was advertised as having a hot tub, but it didn't have one. There was quite a bit of someone else's hair on the bathroom floor. The air conditioner was very noisy.

.location .cost .The room was a small .ADA approved yet the door was very heavy and difficult to open, it would be difficult for a wheelchair bound person to mannage .The bath was short on counter space to hold toiletries

Location No working ice machine on any floor, key cards were finicky at best, had to rekey twice. And only stayed 2 nights, no shower gel in container, near empty roll of toilet paper on arrival.

The Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies were excellent Could hear the upstairs customers walking day and night. Not enough toilet paper, had to get more from the front desk.

Based on room 313- larger room with 2 Q beds- check in was speedy. Initial smell - gym socks. Room needs dusting and couch fabric cleaning but overall clean. No shower gel attached to wall so only 1 small little bottle. 1 of the bed had squeaky springs. Mini fridge in room, TV has plenty of channels. Breakfast- sausage, eggs, potatoes along with yogurt, milk, cereal, pastries, dry oatmeal. Meijers right next store is a plus. Check out is 12 noon but housekeeping will start knocking at 10ish. Was ok for overnight stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful 3 nite stay. My wife needed special accommodations, and they went out of their way to help us! Thanks!

Very friendly staff, rooms were very clean

The room was very comfortable and clean. Loved that there was no hotel carpet in the room that was a nice surprise. The only complaint is that the hotel has satellite TV and it was out for the majority of the stay because it was raining. Didn't matter if it was barely raining or pouring the TV was out.

We were greeted by a friendly and helpful counter staff who got us through the check in process quickly and efficiently. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff kept the breakfast bar well stocked with warm food: eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle makers, and the usual continental offerings. El Burrito is an excellent Mexican restaurant just around the corner We would return to this motel in the future.
