No much to say way too much late night activity going on in the parking lot. Ppl passed out in the back of their trucks trucks running all night long. It’s just a thick parking lot party all hours of the night.

Conveniently located near Ferris State University. Very helpful + professional staff and a delicious breakfast! It was nice to have an outdoor pool for the hot summer days. The room was clean and as expected. A great inexpensive option for my family - and dog!

It was a great stay. The only complaint is not having an elevator but we knew that prior to making the reservation. That staff were very kind and the lobby/breakfast area was clean.

Bunch of kids running around in the late evening but safety and security was OK breakfast was good. I didn't use the pool.

We enjoyed the fact parking was close We were extremely upset to have gotten the room because they had a pool only to not be able to utilize the pool due to complete filth the bottom of the pool was black like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time can’t really prevent the pollen, but you can the sticks grass leaves and dirt has not been vacuumed in a very long time

Nothing. It was very rundown. I would have canceled if I could Room had a strange odor. Gap at the bottom of the door so light could come in.

The property has been thoughtfully renovated and is an excellent value. Very clean, Breakfast was good, coffee delicious. I would definitely book this hotel again!
