That being said, the staff were very friendly helpful and apologetic for all the inconvenience. Also, the breakfast was good as usual, but they did run out of food and our bed was very comfortable like they always are except the mattress had a big stain on it that looked like blood. Twice we had to go down and get our key card reprogrammed as we kept having problems with their key cards. The first time they said that they’re having problems with all the doors and that they are repairing the key card equipment.The second time they said they locked us out of the room because we had a cart in the room, which we did not but regardless the trip was not bad and the room is not bad just all the little things were annoying.

Our room and our family's rooms (booked separately) we're moldy, my 3 of the washcloths had brown smudges on them, there was a message written on the mirror from the previous renters,only 1 elevator was working and it bounced and groaned, the pool was unavailable. Will never stay here again

Room was fairly clean and decent. Charged $25 incidental fees and refunded all but $5 with no explanation. Also charged $10 fee 10 hours after check in. Front desk clerk did not warn me of this charge.

Nice stay

Overall, the hotel seemed to be poorly managed. The room key pad's battery was dead and we were not able to re-access the room after our belongings were inside. The front desk staff member, Matt, was very helpful but was not fully trained on the procedure to unlock the door. Due to his tenacity and dedication to helping, he was able to gain access after much effort. In the morning, breakfast was delay by 20-25 minutes. Considering a large number of guests were staying at the hotel for events in town that had morning start times, timing was very important. The breakfast staff were very kind and provided what they could, but the issue tracked to circumstances beyond their control. The building was also in need of some updating and cosmetic changes. Only 1 of the 2 elevators was operational, there was obvious previous water damage to the walls in our room, and the tile in the shower was falling off/apart. The good - the beds were very comfortable and the rooms and common areas were clean.

Checking in late at night and the staff was friendly but didn't know how to do the checkin process, so it took a long time. Computer system tried to overcharge me.

If you need a place to crash go for it, if you are looking for a better than average place, this isn't it.

Convenient location & good breakfast! All though they are updating the rooms there are still some old features- sound proofing can be a problem

I know this is long but we’ve stayed in lots of hotels in the past couple of years and I can’t remember being so unhappy.

My room was kinda ran down. My bathroom door handle was falling out and the door was hard to shut like it was warped. There was barely toilet paper left with no extra roll. The beds were pretty comfortable though. I still got a good night's sleep.

And when we complained, we were informed that the hotel was under renovation and not all rooms had been everything guests needed. That doesn’t seem acceptable. The staff was helpfulc courteous and kind. The breakfast was good. We felt safe, just not comfortable. We didn’t feel like we got the amenities you normally get at a holiday inn,

Lobby was very nice. Our room was bad. It evidently had leaks in the ceiling which they tried to repair. There was dust and ceiling droppings on the wall and floor. It wasn’t wiped or vacuumed. The sheets looked liked they had been slept in.

My mother ended up staying with me, who is in a wheelchair, and the staff accommodated us with an accessible room semi last minute which was appreciated. The only complaint is the doors to the hallway aren’t accessible via a push door to open which would have been nice in consistently bringing the wheelchair in and out and having to manage opening the door and pushing the wheelchair thru. The room was great, comfortable beds, a zillion channels. The pool area looked nice. The breakfast was pretty standard and frequently stocked. Parking was ample, close to freeway and restaurants.
