This place is gorgeous, both the hotel and the surrounding area. It is a bit off the road but it was clean, comfortable and a wonderful place to stay. The views of the mountains were mesmerizing.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend!

Everything was wonderful!!!

Beautiful area to visit, but, probably because it's the "off-season ", not much going on. The property, while well-maintained, just has an older feel to it. Limited overpriced dining options didn't add too the appeal.

The pool and hot tubs at both the Huntley and the Shoshone were available to us and very clean but a little dated. But after long days, the heated pool and hot tubs as well as the sauna were a Godsend! Large pool that is only about 4 feet deep with swim through hot tub made it fun for the kids and we didn’t have to worry about getting cold when getting out of the pool because you could swim into the hot tub area which is indoors. Lots of shops and amenities like groceries and a hospital on the mountain both up at the resort and down the hill made for an easy time to find everything we needed for the week. West Yellowstone and Bozeman are both only an hour away (the drive in both directions is gorgeous along the Gallatin River and have lots of opportunities for wildlife and it wasn’t too bad going to the park each day or into town for a movie or restaurants. Very pleasant stay at the Shoshone Condominium Hotel, would definitely stay again!

Had a great time at the Big Sky Resort. Would definitely go back!

Location was great We went to the front desk three times in person to politely ask for our room to be touched up with cleaning because we found a dirty bathroom and a non-vacuumed floor snd nothing ever happened about it. For the price, the property was not clean nor was there any action to find a solution or even offer a simple apology.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff members were all very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect for the three of us with the separate bedroom and Murphy bed. Housekeeping was very attentive to any request. Would highly recommended to anyone planning a Big Sky getaway.

Service is not great.

The elevators in the Shoshone are slow. There were two single elevators that the housekeeping staff would use to go up/down one flight (even when not carrying anything). Just not designed for that number of guests/employees using the elevators. Staff was nice, but not very aware of what was going on. Seemed like poor training and communication.

Clean and spacious room with view of Lone Peak. Walking distance to lifts and just a short hop to downtown Big Sky. Friendly and helpful staff.

I like everything about our stay there. I wish we stayed longer.

Truly a great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The room, more like an apartment, was large. It had a full kitchen, living room with a Murphy bed, 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom. It was great for our group of four.

We didn’t care for Chet’s restaurant for breakfast. (Not the host’s fault.)
-
Great for the whole family. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
