The Summit Hotel at Big Sky Resort

After a few issues with our room we were treated very well and issue sorted quickly and effectively by front desk. Would go again.

Staff very friendly, especially the valet helping out more than necessary!

Restaurants and menus need to be updated; clothing store should be more of a general snack and supply store.

Our last night we stopped for a night at The Summit Hotel. We were blown away by the service and how nice room was. Lucas at the concierge was awesome drove us into town and helped with anything we needed. Great staff. Highly recommend

Wonderful hotel at the Big Sky base. Beautiful hotel, amazing amenities. Especially loved the outdoor HUGE hot tub (more like a pool) and the most beautiful sauna I have ever seen. When you get out, they have iced towels for you to use…lovely amenity. Luxury without the excessive price! Turn down service included salty caramels that melt in your mouth. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again!

Parking was a bit of a walk from the property, though valet is an option and what we ended up using.

Only downside is parking. You will have to park 5-10 minute walk away from the resort unless you want to pay $52 a night for valet. We dropped our stuff at the hotel & then parked/walked for the free parking. Staff is exceptional. I will say it's worth it for the location & amenities!

The best experience for any couple looking for a getaway. Everyone was beyond friendly and attentive. 10/10 stay.

If you like walking over a mile (sometimes in the rain) to your car for parking and the smell off a dirty Gym this place is for you.

I had assumed parking was free, but valet parking cost $55 per day, while the free lot was an unpaved area a 10-minute walk away. Inside the room, the bed was positioned right next to the refrigerator; the noise from the running fridge made it difficult to sleep. Great hotel beautifully decorated. Location is perfect. One bedroom has all of the amenities needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need and great location. Would certainly recommend this hotel and stay here again. Love the texting communication system for quick service and guidance.

This is my happy place - this resort has all extra thoughtful touches that keep me coming back year after year! Turn down service with local caramels, the outdoor hut tub with breathtaking views, hot apple cider in the lobby and fully equipped rooms with everything you could want for. And huckleberry on top - the staff are the literal best!

We could come down for breakfast ready to ski and the ski valet (right outside the door) would place our skis at the lift. The car valets/bellmen were also wonderful and super helpful. Room was spacious and had a full kitchen. Would highly recommend and will be back!!

Staff was extremely friendly and always ready to answer a question. The heated pool and spa was great after a day of skiing. Lack of snow an issue, but the mountain team made an exceptional effort to prepare the slopes. Even with conditions changing hourly, we had a great time skiing.

Can’t beat the location. Renovated spa facilities - love the outdoor hot tub and pool Steam shower doesn’t really work
