Great staff beautiful room

The best experience for any couple looking for a getaway. Everyone was beyond friendly and attentive. 10/10 stay.

If you like walking over a mile (sometimes in the rain) to your car for parking and the smell off a dirty Gym this place is for you.

I had assumed parking was free, but valet parking cost $55 per day, while the free lot was an unpaved area a 10-minute walk away. Inside the room, the bed was positioned right next to the refrigerator; the noise from the running fridge made it difficult to sleep. I checked out a day early, but because I had booked a non-refundable, prepaid rate, I am not being

Great hotel beautifully decorated. Location is perfect. One bedroom has all of the amenities needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need and great location. Would certainly recommend this hotel and stay here again. Love the texting communication system for quick service and guidance.

This is my happy place - this resort has all extra thoughtful touches that keep me coming back year after year! Turn down service with local caramels, the outdoor hut tub with breathtaking views, hot apple cider in the lobby and fully equipped rooms with everything you could want for. And huckleberry on top - the staff are the literal best!

We could come down for breakfast ready to ski and the ski valet (right outside the door) would place our skis at the lift. The car valets/bellmen were also wonderful and super helpful. Room was spacious and had a full kitchen. Would highly recommend and will be back!!

Staff was extremely friendly and always ready to answer a question. The heated pool and spa was great after a day of skiing. Lack of snow an issue, but the mountain team made an exceptional effort to prepare the slopes. Even with conditions changing hourly, we had a great time skiing.

We've tried other places at Big Sky, but the Summit leads the pack. Comfortable, great restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, and true ski-in ski-out.

perfect location. great facility. staff very helpful. anticipated needs. very responsive. no issues

The position of the hotel is excellent. The room was cleaned every day. Plenty of towels. The hot tub and view of the mountain was lovely.
-
More like a fraternity or sorority house because they allow multiple people to stay in these rooms. Obnoxiously loud and honestly not impressed with mountain and especially not the accommodations! Way over priced!!!

Free parking is about a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. Spa is gorgeous and well maintained. I saw my friend’s suite which included a kitchenette and it was very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, and a full size fridge, small dishwasher, stove and microwave. For a four star ski resort, the hotel is lacking in practical amenities - a ski locker room, adequate shelving/hooks in the bathroom, and no microwave or tea kettle. There are some other frills like a complimentary sample martini and turn down service, but I would have preferred basic amenities to be in place first. Shuttle to the parking lot would be nice. Food was WAY overpriced. $7 for shitty drip coffee from Peaks restaurant. The Nespresso machine was better.
