Yes the breakfast was very nice.

Comfortable stay and a good breakfast.

Bathroom was dusty, room was hot and humid, ac ran all day and night and was noisy. Won’t stay here again.

Room had a smell about it, very dated, luckily no bugs

Parking was very easy and convenient. The room we got was nice, large, and had a kitchen. There was however some noice outside the room coming from the outside AC engines that was a bit disturbing especially at night time. Special mention to Paul at the reception who was superhelpful when we requested several items. Paul really took the time to provide us with what we needed (unlike the previous person at the reception desk to whom we requested the same thing), The hotel is nicely located inside some wood forest and not too far from Boston. Overall, I would not hesitate to book there again in the future.

Everything was generally fine, but the breakfast was a bit inadequate.

The elevator went down nightly for some reason. It would be working again in the morning. As a 65 year old man, with a heart condition, twice I had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor, where my room was. Both times my blood pressure was extremely elevated from the exertion. The Housekeeping staff were very nice. Some of the Front Desk staff were nice, some not so much. The young lady that checked us in was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good, as hotel breakfasts go. When a particular item ran out, the staff was quick to replace it. All in all, they stay was a mixed bag of very good experiences, and not so good experiences.

I would’ve gave this hotel a really good review however the upper management is horrible. An incident occurred with my son due to the hotel negligence and required a simple apology. However until this day I still have not been contact by the general manager. The elevator did not work for the last two nights. And I understand everyone is understaffed however requesting something two days in a row and nothing be done is very rude

Good service but they don’t have they don’t bring garbage bags or blankets only if you ask

Awesome two bedroom suite. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend especially traveling with children. Will definitely stay again.

Pool was closed the first day and not clean the second day (it was also freezing)

The hotel was clearly understaffed. There was no housekeeper available, no maintenance support for plumbing issues, and the pool — one of the main amenities — wasn’t open. The entire property felt neglected, dirty, and poorly maintained. I expected much better from Hilton.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel all were very clean and really nice. Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and tasty. Lots of parking in back, but limited parking in front.

Very bad hotel, first the pool was closed since a week, no communication about that and no rebate or any compensation from the hotel. The room was in a terrible condition. All the carpet and chairs around the hotel have stains. The breakfast is weak and if you enter by the backdoor of the hotel I hope you like the weed odour. So, we were very disappointed and we canceled the second nights in order to find a better one.
