HOT FOOD WAS ALWAYS COLD ROOMS WERE DIRTY .............STAINS ON CARPET AND BEDDING FUNITURE WAS BATTERED.

Practical location, spacious rooms, decent breakfast. Rooms could have been cleaner, not disgusting but not spotless either. General upkeep of rooms could use some attention. Some issues with check in, but resolved by Expedia after a few minutes on the customer service line. Overall average experience.

Not enough clean towel, no ice available, hole in our bathroom door and no cleaning service done, one of worst hiltons we have ever stayed at as a family and honors member

The rooms were dirty. There was no spa/hot tub as advertised. I was there for eight days and no one came into my room to give me fresh linen/towels or take out the trash. The TV was broken in the bedroom and they never fixed it. Under the sink cabinet was dirty and unusable. The water while taking a shower did not drain and it was yellow. The sink while brushing your teeth did not drain. The couches were so stained that we didn’t want to sit on them. The rugs were dirty. I complained to the staff every day about all this and the Managment twice and they did nothing. The ice machine was broken. The water fountains were broken and you had to go buy water to

I already have a case file as this situation is being handled through Expedia and this unhinged establishment. I defiantly do not appreciate beig harassed or randomly texted by the " Front Desk" staff worker. This mini getaway was to celebrate my triplets' 8th birthday. The hostility of that hospitality, I won't ever forget. The feelings of sulleness, stress, and a soullessness that took over our weekend I hope will never be something I have to face again.
