Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston/Billerica

Having a kitchen was a nice change and the rate I paid was a bargain. Super clean, quiet.

The cleaning person ever came during our stay.

Cons: Toilet required us to keep the tank cover off to manually flush, the sink kept not draining, tv wouldn’t turn on, lots of weird flickering lights in the hallways.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, parking could be a little hard to find at times, food was good, overall very happy with the place. Have a child who had a disability who had a behavior fit at 930 pm at night and I was scared it would cause us to be asked to leave, but that never happened and no one came up which was nice especially since it lasted almost an hour. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was overall unpleasant. Cleanliness of the premises was below average. Locked doors to the outside of the property were constantly open. Smoking occurring immediately outside of open doors or in the entrance way. Pillows had no support basically had a handful of smashed feathers.

Some ceilings and doors need a good paint job. Staff took away the sheets for pull out after first cleaning, we had to ask them to bring back. Breakfast was really good with changes daily.

The room was clean but dated. The furniture needs replacement and the carpet was stained. Our toilet kept stooping up the entire 3 days. The breakfast was good hotel breakfast. The one good thing was it was close to a public bus line and it is free until September.

Hallways smell like SH**Or Musty. Overall- the room space was amazing. Love the kitchen area and the door that divide the rooms. Refrigerator was clean along w the kitchen supply items.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast was decent. The room can use a refresher, you can tell they allow pets, the smell is embedded in the rugs in the room. Also just be mindful the kitchen area in the room was crawling with roaches. Will not be staying there again if I had a choice.

Room was clean but outdated. Breakfast could have been better, the hot water for tea wasn’t even hot ended up having to microwave it.

Love the location. The hallway carpets and floors are dirty and the bedroom couch and carpets as well. Please get nbc/ golf channel in the future.

Staff was always available, room was nice Shower pressure could have been better, toilet was all scratched on inside.

Check in was quick, a quiet location with lots to do nearby, have stayed many times and glad to see business is picking up with more guests giving this location a try. Trying to find my room was like Halloween corn maze , having parked out back and of course entering through the wrong door, the search was on.

From check in to check out, everything was perfect. Very clean hotel!

The house keepers are very nice and helpful The guy in the kitchen during breakfast lucked bedside manners .he was rude was always on the phone with his earbuds pretending he can’t here you. Every time he worked the dishes were so dirty and when asked to provide clean dishes he gave us attitude. Every time he worked the food was not good at one point the pork still had blood in it but he served it . He should not be in The kitchen period. Apart from that the other stuff where excellent .

Great location. Nice staff. Just needs a fresh spring cleaning all over.

Bed comfortable, lights and other things works. Got to push the door hard to get it to lock, staff tried to overcharge me on water bottles, and the location is look of the building was not very pleasant. Also the elevator says it expires march 2026. Might want to get that updated.
