Place was very dirty. And not well maintained would not stay there again.

The hotel looks horrible. The lobby chairs were peeling. They looked old. One of The elevator went out . The walls need to be painted. Our tub had rust in it. The paint was peeling in our room. Our sheets has stains on them. The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like vomit. The hallway look like it needed to be vaccumed. The price was too much for this hotel. I will never stay there again.

First we called to see if we could check in early around 1:00 pm and were told the room wouldn’t be ready. Understandable no big deal but when we finally checked in at almost 4:00, the room had no towels or wash rags. On top of that the tub drain was clogged and I had to shower in 4” of water. My wife wouldn’t even use it. When I asked the front desk employee to see about it he said I’m not a plumber but I’ll see what I can do. It never got fixed while we were there. When we got in the bed we always check for bed bugs and there was a little weird lice looking spider in the bed that I had to kill before my wife saw it or we would’ve been sleeping in the car. Paint was chipping off the ceiling and falling all in the floor. None of the charging ports worked. The hot water took 10 minutes to reach the faucet and right before you give up it finally gets warm. One of the elevators was out of order. The back entrance lock was taped over with shipping tape, “very safe”. The ice machine was out of order. It was an absolute crap show. There was a sticky looking liquid seeping from the garbage can on the first floor outside the elevators. These people just do not care about the cleanliness, functionality, or safety of this facility. UNBELIEVABLE! We should’ve been paid to stay here instead of having to pay them. My wife is still examining our luggage for critters. I would rather just not come to Biloxi if I had to stay here again.

We liked the closeness to our family we were visiting, the number of beds, the comfort of the beds. Not much else to recommend here. It is run down. Paint peeling, Overused and dirty carpeting, dents, fraying, terrible upholstery in the common eating area - like it hasn't be kept up. Elevator worked fine, but there were again great signs of aging and fingerprints all over the doors. The pool was green and had more than a few leaves in the bottom. Finger prints in the common areas on every glass surface. The smell as a result was musty, and not greatly pleasing. One potential renter spotted mold in their bedroom and because they have mold sensitivity in their family had to cancel and go find another place to stay at the end of their day. Seems like there is not enough staff to keep the hotel up and no desire to change out what is obviously old, frayed, worn and dilapidated.

Hotel nasty
-
The air conditioner was leaking so the room smelled of mildew. There were several gnats. Bathroom was full of rust. Very outdated
-
The breakfast was good on some days The hallway was humid and smelled. The pool is small.

The pictures online showed a completely different property than what it actually is. Upon entry to the lobby, the smell was awful. The entire property requires updating. The elevator was old and made a noise that scared me. The ceiling and walls throughout showed evidence of leakage. Entering into my room the first thing I noticed was the entire room was dated. The bathroom walls showed water damage, the shower was extremely small, and the room smelled awful. The AC unit worked well, but it made a weird noise all night. I booked this hotel, because my daughter's home flooding with the recent storm that occurred in the area and with other hotels not having availability and this one being very close to her home in D'Iberville, I prayed over the space, used nearly and entire can of Lysol, and stayed. Thank God we were only there a few hours as we checked late.

The bathroom toilet kept bubbling and it smelled funky. The breakfast was pitiful as well

Location and staff Smell old… lights blowed in bathroom, towels was hard and not a fresh scent
-
It’s in the middle of everything It was very nasty had trash everywhere had a funny smell in the hall ways
-
Upon arrival the king bed room that was reserved was unavailable due to not enough rooms being clean. We were able to get put in another room that has previously cleaned but it was not in good shape.

Breakfast was fine. It was the over all look and smell of the hotel. Newer furniture!!

Booked and prepaid for my room. Arrived and was told they have my reservation, but all rooms were dirty. Another family came down to the desk while I was there, their belongings in tow and complained about a dirty room. Another man came down needing batteries replaced in remote. I went to the lobby restroom and I have seen subpar gas stations with cleaner restrooms than this disgusting hotel. Staff not very helpful with offering solutions, just simply turned away as a family of 4.

It was Ok

This listed hotel online was not what it looked like in person. It was dirty old run down. Upon arrival, no one was at the desk. It took about 30mins for her to come to the front desk. The hotel itself was a mess. Upon entering the room a open soda bottle was sitting in the room's chair. After spending a few hours in the room, we checked out and went to another hotel.
