It was in an excellent location just need to be remodeled and refurnished

Room door wouldn't lock so had to switch rooms. Carpet was soaking wet near air conditioner. There were 3 other couples with us that booked rooms & now we're all sick and having to go to the dr.

Not much. 1st room offered had ceiling plaster falling off over bed,, black mold on walls, holes in carpet, rusty hinges on bathroom door, and no TV. Initially was told that we could not switch rooms, but ultimately was provided a handicap-access room. This one was a bit better, but the TV did not have cable reception and dirty laundry from previous guest was lying on the floor. We will never stay in a Comfort Inn again. This property needs a complete renovation--or a demolition.

We booked this room through Expedia. I called hotel and relayed to them it would be well after midnight before we checked in. We were at a concert at the Beau and then planned to play some slots. When we arrived, night desk said she saw no reservation for us even though the earlier evening clerk confirmed reservation when I called. She said we were “no shows” and our room given to someone else. She offered us a room they never rented. It was 3 AM, we were exhausted, and took the offer. The room smelled of must/mold, water-damaged ceiling where popcorn had and was still continuing to fall off. The comforter on the bed had been pulled down and folded over like someone sat on bed. Tv was on. Bathroom was not clean—rusty in tub even. Hotel carpet, furniture, walls were so outdated and well worn out. The clerk was on the verge of being rude stating, “Well, it is 3 AM”. Breakfast was not up to par to other Comfort Inns we’ve stayed in. Nothing compared to other Comfort Inns we’ve stayed in. Totally disappointed, disgusted, and called Expedia to contact hotel for a refund.

The man that worked reception the 2nd night was rude when I asked for towels. 1) tub was rusted 2) furniture was stained cratched up 3)visible water damage on ceiling and doors 4) electrical outlets didn't work 5) broken toilet seat that couldn't be used.

Very poor

First room…mold all over the ceiling, doors, and curtains. Smell hit me immediately. Night Receptionist handled a change of room immediately. Second room, smell of mold, but not near as bad. No visible signs but definitely in the air. Horrible sleeping knowing I couldn’t breathe well. Walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING. All the furniture is dated and gross feeling. Stains on the walls in the halls and overall not clean. Hotel breakfast was a joke. No juice…cranberry was water, apple was water. No yogurts in fridge, biscuits looked like hard tack. Early morning receptionist was about as friendly as a box of nails. Avoid if you like decent and clean air!

My room had some issues, an area of peeling paint on the ceiling small areas of rust near the faucet on the tub. The room was clean our beds comfortable., I came down before nine on our last day for coffee all of the coffee was gone. Would it cost much to recover the seating the surfaces are peeling and it does not look good. The hallways and tile areas need to be shampooed and mopped I saw a towel on the floor near what I think was an air conditioner near the elevator. The front desk had a sewing kit which really helped me out. The front desk people were really nice. On our last day no one came to change our trash it was over flowing. It is ok that they did not give us fresh towels it was our last day Sorry I answered that question

The breakfast and the staff were amazing We had to move to another room because the first one was full of mold, the lamp shade had rust on it and so did the bathtub.

Upon checking out we learned that there had been a few storms that caused major damage. We also discovered that they are about to undergo major renovations and change branding. We did survive this holiday weekend. Overall it was the worst but not the best either.

TV didn’t work in the room. I was transferred to another room and the satellite cable went out for a long time. Someone across the hall or next door continually opened and shut their door all evening and overnight causing me to spend my last night elsewhere.
