The room was clean and bathroom a good size but I had to settle for a smoking room because of a mixup on reservation. I needed downstairs room because the were no elevators available here. My mom is on a walker and I have knee issues so we can't do stairs.

Location Room, smelling of mold and the bugs and last of all the broken microwave. The breakfast was not what they said it was. I could have paid the same for the amount I paid for location. Over the weekend we played in a tournament at a casino, I should stay there, room would have been better

The room had a dead wasp near the bathroom and had to kill several swarming termites in the room and bathroom

There was nothing I liked about the property other than the service being quick. I was disappointed with the uncleanliness of the room. It appeared clean to the naked eye, but upon a closer inspection, I discovered three bugs. Motels like this should be thoroughly exterminated at least once a week, without exception. I informed the front desk about my findings, but they seemed disinterested and claimed that they had “checked” the rooms. My parter was bit with one these bugs and left an unwanted bug bite!

The pool was nice Anything you plug up falls out of the outlet the toilet looked like it had been melted before. The hairdryer was halfway melted There was 2 outlets that appeared as they have caught on fire. Looks nothing like pictures

Didn't have no where to put your clothes at. The tub was small and the room was small.

The location It took a long time to connect to the internet and still it kept off and on. The TV remote volume worked when it wanted to. The bathroom shower curtain rod was falling down, ( some screws had came out). The maid was knocking on the door at 10.30 to see had we checked out.

Nice staff, room was fine, only real complaint was that check in was for 3 and my room still wasn’t ready. Otherwise it was fine and the casinos are right dow the street, so the locale was perfect
