Beds were hard, pillows lumpy and hard. Pool towels were thin and small. They kept falling off of chairs. Paper thin walls. We were awaken at 4:30 am by our neighbors carrying on a long conversation. I can tell you every word!

We had a wonderful time at the IP. There’s so much to do, and there are great restaurants you don’t have to leave the property. The pool is amazing, and the food is incredible.

Amazing staff and views of the bay. Rooms were nicely updated and appointed. I appreciated all of the extra places to plug and charge devices. Shower had the previous guests hair all over the walls but other that, it was clean. Try to stay on floors 15 or below bc there is less wait for an elevator. 16-32 floors always had a long wait since there are only 3. All in all, a great stay and will be back.

I enjoyed the hotel room and the pool/jacuzzi! The security with their new measures are horrible for guests coming and going to the pool! It feels the government buildings. I probably won't stay there again until the remove the new security measures. Yes I have stayed there many times and not again.

Very nice Casino Hotel. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Newly renovated and comfortable. Great view from the 24th floor. Casino was nice and not too crowded.

Amazing stay! Some issues with the $15 credit but nothing on HOTELS.com! It was more so the casino staff but overall got the credit worked out!
