Best Western Oak Manor

Moved to another room. Smell of pungent marijuana was everywhere. Staff was in parking lot all smoking. When they walked in from the lot the smell was so overwhelming. Needless to say our stay was less than pleasant for $245 a room.

It was a quiet hotel, even though right off the highway. Close to everything a person would want or need. I felt safe. Room was good temp, clean, and had a small balcony. I would stay there again.

I’ve never had a bad experience with any Best Western until I got to this one. First of all, the pictures on the website and hotels.com were not as close to what it actually is. I got there and checked in and they gave me a key to a room that’s not even clean even though their site says checkin time was at 3pm. We got there around 4pm and the room was a hot mess. Went back to front desk and told them, and they gave me a room not even close to what I paid for. Room I paid was like $267 just for a night and it said great views. The room they gave me was facing someone’s house and street. If I could give them zero stars I would. Never coming back to this place.

Great place! Loved the bed and pillows

The continental breakfast was great and the cooks were awesome. I wasn't pleased with the condition of my room. The TV didn't work properly, I had to keep turning it on and off. The room had a musty smell. The bathroom was half cleaned. The furniture hadn't been dusted .The refrigerator had ice build up in the top.

The ladies doing the breakfast were very nice and greeted everyone when they arrived and kept everything stocked up Front desk lady was not overly friendly in the afternoon

The only good thing was that the room was clean. Direct TV connection very poor - constant error message. Phone had no dial tone to call the front desk so I had to walk and report it. Tech said when this happens just power off the box and power back on - simple as that. This got old after awhile. The fridge was not anchored. The water in the shower was scolding hot and could not be adjusted - that was the morning surprise. Did not want to deal with them anymore and just washed up in the sink. Breakfast was warm and appreciate the lady who did all the hard work in the kitchen. Never again will I stay at Best Western.

Hotel location was across from Beau Rivage, great stay. Elevator didnt work the 2night of stay.

Room was clean and bed was nice. Pool was unusable due to trash floating in water. Pool water was nasty and on different occasions, a chair had been thrown into the pool and was sitting on the bottom.

Full on smell every where room was not neat. I asked for a good room as I had 5 years old, but they gave me bad one

close to what we needed it to be. Smelled kinda funny

Room was not ready until after 6pm. Breakfast room is tiny. Lifts didnt work. It's a 100usd a night hotel at best

Everything was excellent
