DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Biloxi

Room didn’t look clean, carpet was dirty things was rusty like the lamp and plug in. We had to go back downstairs to ask for a remote control and could have called but the phone didn’t work. Our reservation was for two adults one child but there was only towels for two.there is a restaurant but no menu in the room. We had breakfast the first morning $12.00 was on the bill so my husband asked about it the server was very rude about answering it and it was a tip already charge onto our bill. And it’s been 7 days and we still have not received our room deposit which I was told that it would be 5 business days.

Great stay

It was a nice location, the beds were really comfortable just could have been more clean!

The room itself had mildew or mold on the top to the walls and ceiling, the tub had rust around the handicap bar. A child stepped on broken glass and a female staff member showed no concern and the male staff member got someone from housekeeping and he was looking for any broken glass on the carpet.

Was a decent room. The view was great! Looked over the Gulf and I loved it. Could even see the children playing in the pool down below. However, I thought it was weird to not have a microwave nor a fridge in my room. I liked the setup of the bathroom. The door didn’t have a lock on it but now that I think about it, idk if any hotel bathroom does. Idk. Front desk member Chris was very kind and helpful. I loved my complimentary cookie per usual, and I did enjoy my stay. Would stay there again.

The Ocean view the dinner was very good and the pool side seats. Nothing really Nothing really.

Location Quality

I booked with Expedia and this is by far the worst! The pictures on the website look nothing like in person! Only one elevator working, and the hotel was filthy, I wanted a refund and Expedia couldn't help only told me to call the front desk. I was offered another room and that room was the same! Awful!

Awesome view. Pool was clean. Breakfast was amazing. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

We've stayed here for years. Property seems a little worse for wear. The A/C didn't cool the room well enough (think it would struggle when the real summer heat comes). Front desk reception wasn't very personable. Overall, it's a solid 8.

My over all stay was amazing outside of not having a fridge and microwave in my room despite the price of the stay. I had a few food items to go bad because I couldn’t refrigerate them. But over all it was an amazing stay. The room was clean and staff were very knowledgeable friendly and helpful.

The bed The girls attitude at breakfast. We had never received a breakfast voucher before and didn’t know how it worked. When we told the lady at the counter. She was not helpful and told us there was no buffet. We travel a lot and we will NOT visit your hotel again!!!!

1-night trip in Biloxi. Convenient location. Highly recommend.

staff all seemed nice pool was closed. floors/surfaces were filthy and things were falling apart (such as the handrails in one of the elevators). such a big deal is made on the website about paying extra for the breakfast but I have seen free continental breakfasts with better selections
