I guess the only con would be the smoking in the casino, although part of it is nonsmoking. Still nonsmoking entirely would be better. I highly recommend using Expedia for your travel arrangements to Beau Rivage! Everything was perfect!!

I wish all hotels and restaurants would have an area for dogs to join family while they eat! So hard to sit down with your pup! Mine is always in a stroller, enclosed and small! No way can she make someone sick! A sitting area for families with small dogs! More people would visit hotel if they knew it was family friendly!

Housekeeping staff was excellent, Some of the front desk staff could use more hospitality reinforcement. My last day ants appeared around the coffee maker.

Everything was as expected. Particularly liked to floral display and the bald eagle display. The poker room is very good.

safe did not work had to call for service was repaired but inconvenience had to be in room. There was also no body wash or soap in the room had two shampoos had to get house keeping to switch. the bathroom door had loose hardware. not what i expect from a hotel at that price. doubtful i would stay there again also selection of dinning for dinner was limited. wanted to eat at the steak house was closed mon and tues

Beautiful full-service resort close to Ocean Springs. We have noticed when we book through Booking.com, we get assigned a room all the way at the end of the hall which is quite a hike. Also, we and many others wanted to watch World Cup, and they turned it off in the sports bar for a live musician when the game was almost over. People weren’t happy, as there was another bar on property that was closed.
