Beau Rivage

Hotel room was awesome with a large and deep bathtub. Restaurants were awesome. The pool was exceptional. The valet services for our vehicle were great! Our family had an amazing time here!

Otherwise, great stay!

Bed was not comfortable for me. I expected better linens for this caliber of hotel. House band is very good! Wednesday thru Saturday

Everything was pretty good except for a dirty towel and it was pretty warm in the room. Otherwise we enjoyed our time here. Would visit again.

Our room was very nice and clean bathroom spotless. Only downfall was we had the Bayview and it was right above a rooftop so our view wasn’t as good. Next time I would just ask to be a little higher than the 10th floor.

Unfortunately, our dining experiences were a significant disappointment. During our stay, my wife and I ate at three different Beau Rivage restaurants, and each meal fell well below the quality we expected from a luxury resort of this caliber. The presentation, flavor, freshness, and overall preparation of the food simply did not meet the standards associated with the Beau Rivage brand or the prices being charged. This was particularly surprising because we have always associated the Beau Rivage with excellence. Dining should complement the overall guest experience, not detract from it. We believe there is an opportunity for management to personally evaluate the food being served at each restaurant and compare it with the level of quality guests expect from a premier MGM resort. Our comments are offered in the spirit of constructive feedback. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return to the Beau Rivage. However, we sincerely hope that management will give serious attention to improving the quality and consistency of the dining experience so that it matches the excell

The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful.

Exception service and excellent accommodations. One slight issue was the check in and check out processes - was very slow, unable to check out through the online process. Had to go to the line again.

We enjoyed our staff. Will return again.

I enjoyed the hotel, pool, and casino (even though I lost). The pool is nice, but the handles at each entrance were loose. I was surprised. I'd stay again and go to a Biloxi Shuckers game.

The lobby was beautifully decorated. The coffee bean had great service.

Very beautiful room and the lobby was gorgeous!

Could use a fresh coat of paint. Prime steakhouse was excellent. Had two dinners there and was very impressed with the food and the wait staff.

The Hotel was well maintained. Rooms were mid tier, but you are paying for everything outside of that. I would think it would have been $100 cheaper knowing most people are there to lose money.

Hair was in our shower. That was a big disappointment.
