I've stayed at this hotel in the past and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to stay here again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The bed sheets were dirty when I arrived, and the chair in the room was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have not been cleaned. It was very disappointing, especially considering the positive experiences I've had here before. I hope management takes better care in cleaning and inspecting the rooms so future guests don't have the same experience.

It was as described. Very very clean and quiet. I slept like a baby! I will definitely return for another stay! 10 out of 10 reccomend! Lol l]l The breakfast wasn't complimentary.

All staff was great however the night we checked in the desk clerk could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. A little disappointed that a continental breakfast was not offered but upon night of arrival Andre was very kind and prepared a nice evening meal for us. Housekeeping on 5th floor was very attentive. One room had no issues but other room had a shower issue and Maintenance took care of it quickly. Only negative was the tile floors in the rooms need to be scrubbed.

This is a decent value against the larger casino resorts. Rooms are clean, bathrooms have space, and there is a made-to-order breakfast. Family-friendly, and McDonalds, Waffle House, Hard Rock and Beau Rivage are all within walking distance. Quick on-off from I-110.

Not open (Sunday). Elevators were slow and floors were covered in water all evening.

They list the rooms as ocean view and they aren’t truly ocean view.

Everything was on point. My supper on Saturday night in the grill was perfectly prepared by chef Andre the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning was delicious and worth the $13. Nicole, who checked me in Saturday night was very personable and professional. Cora the housekeeping attendant was great. I will definitely spend the night there again the next time I’m in Biloxi.

Our dining experience was awesome!!! He was the only one working, but you couldn’t tell! His work ethic is off the chart and personable too. We were there Tuesday night the 14th. Hope y’all keep him!

The bartender & waitstaff in the restaurant were superb! Their manners were impeccable. The parking is very uniquely designed under the building which was extremely convenient. The location is close to and a 5 minute walk to the Hard Rock Hotel, but so much more manageable . I will definitely stay here again
