2nd time in this Casino. Did not disappoint! I would stay again

Very nice hotel. Convenient and had 2- 24 hour eateries downstairs. Front desk was very helpful in getting me a room close to the elevator . We can't wait to go back. Beautiful view of the water

Having multiple restaurants within the building was so convenient, cutting down on travel and gas for food. The staff were more than polite and willing to oblige any request I had. The casino was fun and full of options, will definitely return! Was offered one complimentary drink after hours of gambling, and the music by the pool was a little loud to have a conversation with my family but we made it work.

The property is in need of makeover and updates. Room could have been cleaner; staff were friendly; didn’t use the bar; casino is somewhat dated. We made the most of this stay.

It’s was a nice stay rooms clean , pool was nice kept clean staff was great property was well kept , next to busy road but was not real noisy at all. But Don’t feed the Alligators . lol best part lol

we checked in at 4 oclock and had to wait along with a few other people for almost an hour for our basic 2 queen room. not a good thing after a 7 hour drive.

For the prices paid I would expect a little better service. On the second day the maid staff asked if we needed service, to which I said not today but definitely tomorrow. But tomorrow came and no service. The interior is a bit dated and shows wear and tear on the little things. The eateries are not a part of Harrah's and do not participate in the comps program. The casino does have a fair compliment of popular table games and slots which was great. We also came for the Biloxi Seafood Festival which was held on Harrah's beachfront lot. The festival was disappointing in that I paid too much for a piece of fried fish and a bunch of fries and could have eaten better at a Capt'n D's. The outdoor music was nice. The T-shirt was juvenile compared to other Seafood Festival shirts. the overall experience was fair, but not something I would do again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean. Had an issue at one restaurant but it got resolved by staff.

Loose slots, but poor quick/easy dining options - avoid the casino food court at all costs.

ing us saying our tag light was out and they wasn't. Used that to pull us over at the hotel and then accused us of weed aroma, which was totally false.

Pool was amazing, but the hot tub had algae in it. The room had a bad smell. The towel was so thin you could see through it, and one of the towels was full of hair of some sort.
