We stayed for a week and heard a banging noise from construction that started early in the morning. Housekeeping did not get our dirty towels or trash so we went and asked for cleaning service from the front desk. The front desk staff said she would let housekeeping know but they just put 3 new towels on top of the bed. Still a huge pile of dirty towels and trash that was not picked up. The daquari bar was closed the whole week as well which was a huge let down.

All good!

The staff was very friendly. The front desk was awesome, the bell man was very accommodating, and the only thing was that it looks like the property is all the property of the Harris and I wasn’t aware that they did not give you service unless you ask for it but like I told the lady when I checked in that we were chatting first so maybe that’s why she just forgot to tell me about that part of the service and the last thing is that I wasn’t understanding if you checked in earlier that it’s a fee cause when you come from out of town and why would they charge an early fee when the when it’s unnecessary I just wasn’t aware that they did all that now

The hotel was not clean. Room was old, stinky and outdated. We didn’t spend a cent in the casino but instead gambled at Beau Rivage. Hotel and casino was very dark and depressing.

Casino was nice............

Clean room, front desk workers were very nice, housekeeping staff were sometimes unpleasant and frustrated when asked about towels and blankets

Great vacation at Harrah's Gulf Coast Casino

I loved the people!!! Service was amazingly great. However the EV chargers not working wasn’t pleasant and that’s the only reason why I choose this location. Room not being ready due to 3rd party booking wasn’t very welcoming as well. But overall it was ok!

Pool is good. Atmosphere was good. Need to update the rooms.

I reserved a room at Harrah’s weeks in advance. When I arrived for my checkin, I was informed that no room was available. I was advised to wait to see if there would be a cancellation. There was none. I had to search for a room at other hotels and finally found one around midnight. My trip that I had planned well in advance was ruined. Because of Harrah’s.

The staff at check in was very rude and room bed wasn't made and it was very hot

The hotel didn’t have our room ready when we arrived around 5 and were unsure when it would be ready. They said we could use the pool while waiting, but our swimsuits were packed in our luggage. They offered to down grade our room from a platinum to a regular room no refund. The front desk attendant was absolutely amazing but she was one of the best parts of the trip. The manager finally comped us dinner and refunded the difference in rooms. The pools liner is bubbling up and it’s noticeable. The Purple Zebra was not open the whole time we were there. The Steakhouse was wonderful food and service but has no bathroom so you have to fully exit the restaurant and go thru the hotel to get to a bathroom.
