Our stay was really great. The room was clean, elevators were fast and efficient. We enjoyed the pool, restaurants, and the Starbucks coffee in the morning. The pool area itself was a bit uncomfortable as the area surrounding the pool had tiny little bits of the surface design that hurt our feet and became stuck. The walkway over to the blind tiger could desperately use some attention and looks pretty bleak from above. The staff were very kind however and the entire experience and interactions with employees and guests were very good.

The final room we were in was good. The bed was perfect the view was good but the housekeeping needs some more attention and pay attention to detail. The bathroom wasnt clean and when I asked for towels we waited all day. More than 6 hours Waiting for towels for over 6 hours and the rudeness plus process you have to go through to get clean towels for the room is unacceptable by any hotel standards. No need to micromanage adults that much. Thats why theyre rude

Room was very dirty. Hair all over the floor of the bathroom and in the shower. Stains all over the curtains and bed topper. Grease from food on night stands and the towels stunk. The staff were very nice and friendly though.

Overall is was a good stay. Food, drinks, staff and environment were great. The only thing i had an issue with was they don’t clean the rooms for the entirety of your stay. The shower nozzles were almost empty. Trash cans were too small to have for 4 days and no one come empty it. Feels a little lazy to me personally. Also the outlets for the chargers didn’t work in some places

The pool and also the staff at Sizzle & Salt . Drinks were great also cost efficient; food also was delicious. At check-in there was an option to check-in early but with a $28 dollar fee, that's fine but the room I did get was on the pet floor with a horrible view of the roof. When reserving I picked a room with a nice view . They do not freshen your room up daily but charge a daily resort fee. The plug in the room on the nightstand didn't work. There was no microwave in the room and the Wi-Fi wasn't good. The building had to be evacuated due to the fire alarm going off at 3a.m, never was told when we could go back inside. Stood outside with no further communication. Casino does not have a buffet, also did not see any servers for drinks. Not sure if they offer free drinks while playing. Onsite Restaurants near the rear of the Casino food quality could be better also everything closes early. Nothing to do after hours unless you leave the property not everyone is a 9-5 person . The ATM fee was also $9.99
