The property had a nice pool. It was right on the water (though no beach) and there was a ton of machines and food options. The whole place was Smokey. My asthma bothered me the whole time. You could hear everything in your room( the other rooms and outside) the beds sucked and were hard as a bat. Plus the shower wasn’t water tight it got water everywhere.

The view was nice, right over the pier and could see the water park and beach/coastline nearby. The pool looked great, but wasn't interested in paying for the seating below to take advantage of it. The bed was comfortable, that was the best part of the room. The mini fridge had not been emptied out, and had food left behind. It made the whole room stink and I had to change rooms. The shower was streaked with hard water stains. The water quality was bad, and though I realize they were mid-renovations, there should have been better care taken to allow for debris in the water pipes (both sink and shower). The seating was less than comfortable for sitting at the desk for any length of time with my computer, and the sofa was discolored, and didn't want to sit on that in either room.

Room was nice and clean but the balcony was dirty. Toilet barely flushed. Pool area was really nice. It was always a long route when getting from the room to the parking area. Would stay again overall.

Had to ask cleaning staff to come clean ceiling fan. It was horrible. I ask to speak to the manager and they never called or showed up.

Complementary days to stay at the hotel. Like I said previously I knew about the construction but not the water and sewer system problems. I would like the manager to call me and give me 3 complementary days stay at the hotel.

The pool is very nice and I loved having the bar and being able to order food and drinks. Check in was fast and efficient. I like that you have employees standing around to tell you how to get around the hotel because it is pretty big and can be confusing. The third floor was closed due to construction so I could not use that pool or the fitness room. You could update the rooms, they are a little drab.
