There wasn’t a microwave in the room. It’s a few roaches in the room

Everything was OK. The room was a little disappointed. The shower is not really clean furnish it was not wiped down. Good scratches on furniture seem like it hadn’t been changed in a while. Choose me to be there a little more.I expected a little more from Golden Nugget, but we had a good time. And I would come back to stay again.

Initial attempt to enter and register at the hotel was met by and irate employee (bell person) who stated that we could not park at the entrance to the hotel to sign in or unload our luggage. We stated that the signage on the entrance on the hotel building indicated "REGISTRATION AND SIGN IN" at the current location of our vehicle. He then stated that the signage was wrong and that we would have to move our vehicle. He further stated that the hotel had been trying to change the signage but had not and that we would have to park in a parking lot or garage. We were also told that no bell personnel were available and that we would have to carry our luggage to the hotel. This was the first 15 minutes of our initial stay at this hotel.

I like everything about it, the staff was extremely courteous rooms was great, the thing I didn’t like was not having your room clean and garbage taking out everything day and fresh towels, but the registration desk did say if we needed anything to contact the front desk, other than that I had a nice view. I was Bless I’m coming back cause I didn’t have time to visit the Beach.

Swim up bar

The first level pool was gorgeous but that 3rd level is like the neglected step kid. Swam just fine but the liner is coming up and felt squshie under my feet, which just lent me to think if water is in there is it molding am I swimming in mold.

The pool area and staff were amazing. The casino area staff and floor were super clean. It was hard to get a drink server while there. If you want spa services do not go during f the week. The spa and gift shop are only open Thursday-Sunday. Do not expect to have your room cleaned when you want, it depends on you stay length, generally the 3rd day they will clean.

Terrible front desk service, terrible room, sink would not empty, no hot water for a shower or bath, spoke with staff which did not seem to care, will never stay at this hotel again.

Room wasn’t properly cleaned. Dust on furniture, floors and side table. Shower had mold spots. Spots in toilet. Stains on bed skirts. Overall property is great but room can use updating and better cleaning. Bed was also hard and creek when moves.

Everything was excellent from the cleanliness, service, food and entertainment.

Everything was fantastic

For the price I thought the property would be nicer on the inside, very outdated. My room door was very hard to get in,I would have to force it open with my shoulder and run into it, same thing when I was closing it. There was hair in my bathtub. The Security at the pool were very rude with me. At checkout and check-in staff wasn’t very friendly and at checkout didn’t ask how your stay was or thankful in asking you to return. Through the three day stay housekeeping doesn’t check the room or offer more towels and each time I saw different workers in the hall through the whole stay they’d be talking on their cell phones. Lastly when I went to leave the building and getting picked up by my Uber, security or door greeter or whoever they are watched me struggle to get my suitcase out the front door and just stood there and watched as I struggled to drag my suitcase out and it got trapped between the two doors. Overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff needs improvement. Definitely would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Having to walk through the casino from the garage with luggage to get to the rooms kinda sucks but not a deal breaker
