The front desk check in was terrible. We have been coming to this property twice a year for four years and have never had to wait until 6:30 pm to check in. All they had were excuses and never even apologized. Even after I suggested any apology. They did not tell us at check in that the elevator policies had changed and you need to use your room key for each floor. We thought that the elevator was broke as did the other 50 people waiting in line. The cleaning staff seemed bothered when I asked for another do not disturb sign, because ours was taken right off the door handle. When we would play the machines there wasn’t any waitresses; morning, afternoon, or late evening. Seriously considering canceling our booking in October. Very very unhappy!!

Aside from 2 nice workers in the gift shop and Sara, our server at the pool, everyone was rude. Horrible place to stay with children. They do not clean the rooms daily. Do not recommend at all.

Room was not the best or cleanest, asked for blanket or extra bed top but was told do not have any. Shower/ tub was not best as has a glass door on tub and only opens a little and sounds like it is going to break off, was very awkward getting in and out of it. Room is non smoking however people can smoke on terrace which you can smell strongly. Front desk was courteous (most of them). I would probably not stay there again.

The hallway smelled strongly of marijuana, which was concerning with kids around. I specifically booked a room with a couch for extra sleeping space for our family of five, but instead got two chairs. When I called to switch rooms, I was told none were available, and they would not provide an extra bed due to “safety reasons.” To make matters worse, we left for dinner for about two hours after turning the AC down to 67 so the room would be cool when we returned. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, yet someone entered our room, left towels we did not request, and changed the AC to 72. Housekeeping should not have entered our room, especially with the sign displayed.

The bathroom was not clean. The toilet and sink had something on them that I was not willing to inspect. The manager did refund my stay due to not having any cleaning staff onsite.

If you have kids, need any type of assistance this is not the place for you. If you want a close walk and convenient parking. This is not the place. If you enjoy a resort with lots of rules to keep kids from having fun , this is the place. The staff will lie to your face about accommodations. The staff especially Karen in security is the most rude I’ve ever encountered traveling. Lovely resort, it’s clean. Casinos nice. Just don’t expect much. They cater to casino more than hotel.

Location and the pool Pool closed at 7p. Room had mold and my sheets had pubic hairs on them
-
Staff was very friendly and helpful Room 949 was dusty had strings of hair everywhere and I was laying on the couch and found a sock inside of it

The bedding was nice and we enjoyed both pools The third floor pool needs some work. We believe the liner was punctured on the upper one as it was coming away from the walls and had water under it. Just concerned about further damage if not repaired.

We loved the Chocolate Bar. The shakes were to die for!

Great place location and staff very helpful.

Nice clean room, comfortable, great hot tub. Weed smell in first room so bad it made us nauseous...but they changed our room and it was much better

The H20 pool cabana was amazing!

Very limited parking. Daily room straightening is only given after a 4 day stay. Shower is an accident waiting to happen - no handholds for getting in and out - no shower mat to prevent slipping. Other casinos offer more and newer game slots and better promos. Other Biloxi casinos offer buffets and grab and go eating options. We would choose a different hotel casino if we returned to Biloxi.

Overall not a bad stay. The room - especially bathroom seemed a little outdated. We paid for a junior suite and the shower was horrible. One shower head with 4 little streams of water! Toilet seat had a cigarette burn on it, and the fans were COVERED in dust. Pool is good, casino is fine, I feel they lack places to eat, room service, etc for the hotel guest who aren’t there to gamble. Side note as well - the lady that checked me in at the front desk didn’t say 2 words to me. Very cold and rude.
