The beds feel like you are laying on the floor terrible for your back!

Good hotel. My only complaint is cigarette smoke everywhere. Even the non smoking wing stinks of cigarettes. Otherwise it has good room with a good gym and sauna.

The pool was amazing! Staff especially Aerwyn at the pool area was so nice! The smoke smell near the casino was gross but whatever. My teen daughters and I loved it here!

The rock memorabilia was really nice, the room was a platinum tower room which seemed a little dated and the carpets were dirty . The all glass bathroom door was a little strange and awkward.

OUR ROOM.WAS IN THE PREMIUM TOWER. IT WAS LARGE AND HAD A INCREDIBLE VIEW. ROOM NEEDS A FEW UPDATES. BUT OVERALL GREAT.

plantimumki view room with ocean view was worth the extra money. only complaints were 1) no carts in front to carry luggage from checking in. found out later there was a bell service but wasn't there and had to carry all luggage from parking garage to room which was a pain. 2) discovery channel not available. 3) guest services listed gratuity and tip as food than gratuity and tip when handprints only which was a other line item. so bill was confusing took awhile to get a manager to fix. 4) toilet tank valve needed to be relpace so was leaking water and refilled every hour.

We love the Hard Rock! We go to Biloxi 3 or 4 times a year and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

Dislikes; Moldy,heavy mildew smelling room.Lotion bottle in shower I assume was conditioner,lotion bottle by sink coming off wall,not nailed into a stud.Passed info to fd.Trash not swept up on floors throughout casino and pool area.Pool was warm.Green pool Towels were stained with brown

This is a FRANCHISE not associated with Unity Hard Rock and it definitely shows in every aspect of what is expected from the Hard Rock brand. Rooms were dirty and dated, casino staff seemed annoyed to be there, under dressed staff, attitudes and unhelpful. After seeing this pitiful excuse for a casino (franchise), I went next door and spent all my time at the Beau Rivage. This Franchise Hard Rock should take notes from the Beau Rivage on how they do things. Don’t get me wrong I love Unity Hard Rocks, especially Atlantic City and Tampa location but I will never go or stay at a Franchise ever again. Especially this franchise Hard Rock Biloxi 👎
