The convenience of the hotel. Staff was very accommodating. Checked in earlier than expected. We had 2 rooms across the hall from each other. Behind the bed was filthy. I was looking for a plug when I noticed the nasty left over food and dust. Please clean behind the beds.

Most of the staff was great! We were in room 724 and the bed was hard as an and the ac unit constantly rattled. The manager was so disappointed with the room that she immediately upgraded us.

Location. I did not like the fact that my room looked like it was rushed through. The pillows were just placed on the beds with only guitar placed facing up. The other guitar was behind the solid pillow on each bed. The sliding door had not been sprayed and wiped. My most disappointing stay yet.
