Beautiful Hotel! Everything was clean and wonderful. So many restaurants. Front desk was so helpful! Pool was beautful! Definitely coming back here!!!

Also, there is no beverage vending available on the floor, only ice and snack vending. Next, the hallway to the rooms is either ice cold or slightly warm, depending on which end of the hallway you happen to be in. We were stuck in the ice cold and and my wife had to run between the room and the elevators to avoid getting too cold! The air conditioning in the room works great, which is needed. When we arrived, it had been set to 51°, which seemed a bit cold. However as the days wore on, we ended up notching it down to the high 50s because at night the heat of the hotel seems to float up into our room. Other general spruce up issues are the drawers show wear and tear from years of use, the curtains were difficult to draw and would catch, and the sinks drain slowly. Also a downer is the fact that supplying actual hot water to the ninth floor mid-morning seemed impossible. Perhaps they need to work on their boilers. Some staff was pretty decent but for the most part they all seemed to have a chip on their shoulder.

The point of sale system at the pool was down all day 7/3/26; a holiday weekend. Could not buy any food or drinks at the pool. They also would not allow you to bring in any food or drinks. They should have a backup plan for instances like this. We spoke to the hotel manager on duty and she applied a credit to our room which was nice. Other than this, it was a great stay.

The room was clean although the shower glass had a lot of hard water stains on it. The pool deck was clean but the pool water itself was a bit cloudy which is to be expected with the hot weather and number of people in it during the day.

For the price, the room was pretty mediocre. Also did not have a microwave. Which is pretty standard in all hotel rooms. The bathroom was large, but the shower and bathtub was pretty low-grade.
