The service was great! Pool is fantastic and they had entertainment on Sunday. Restaurants were good and service received at all restaurants visited was superior. I can’t think of a thing! It was a great weekend!

We loved everything about our stay. Our room was beautiful. The bathroom was so nice. The water pressure was hard, which we loved. The pool is gorgeous! I loved lying at the pool and having someone wait on me. There are a few different restaurants to choose from. A good selection. There’s a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream shop. The casino is big with lots of variety. Our entire experience was perfect. We will definitely be returning…

We thought we booked in the Platinum tower but were put in The Royal tower. Expedia needs to do a better job in the description of the room. Said water view but did not disclose it was a side view not a forward view from the Platinum side.

The bed was comfy! I loved that the tv was playing music when we walked in. Our view was pretty, too! We enjoyed eating at Hard Rock Cafe and grabbing frozen coffees at Dunkin. The room could’ve been cleaner. We found tissues at the bottom corner of our mattress. I took a clean tissue, grabbed them, and threw them away.

Everything. Joe in the restaurant is amazing Nothing. Everything is amazing. Except the drink girls at the table, they need to make it a priority to come by every 15-20 minutes.
