We had absolutely no room service.

The gentleman named Darnell at the front desk was wonderful! He even told us a great place nearby to eat and he was right …the restaurant was fantastic! Hampton Inn was a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

The breakfast was a huge letdown. Not very many food choices at all with the same food items served everyday. The temperature on the breakfast bar was also sub par.Even the yogurt was hot, and the food was cold.There was no microwave in the lobby to warm things up. Add more varieties of food items to the breakfast menu each day. Also keep the temperatures correct and add a microwave to the area.And please keep the tables and food serving areas cleaner. Also the parking lot was a mess the entire time.They decided to spray it every day and roped off areas.We were constantly forced to move our car to another area day after day until it dried

The rooms were clean. The pool was nice (hot tub didn’t work. Why does every hotel hot tub not work? The complimentary breakfast was free so there you go. We would maybe stay here again. There are so many hotels in the area to choose. But for an end of summer vacation, the price and location was great!

The hotel was cleaned and the staff greeted us with patience and hospitality. The breakfast was delicious, hot and refreshing with a variety of choices. It was a great experience 👍❤️
