From check in to. check out, the employees were all friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was hot and plentiful. A great way to start the day.

We stayed in a King ocean view suite! Great view of the ocean and the 4th of July fireworks. They do go all night! The breakfast was great, freshly made scones were amazing.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. However one of two elevators was down for the entire holiday weekend causing massive traffic jams at the elevator. One of the people in our group found hairs on the linens of their bed. The pool did not have any shade, not enough seating and no towels were put out when it opened. Breakfast area was not kept clean throughout the breakfast and we had to clean our own table. Overall a disappointing stay because I have had better experiences and had a certain expectation from others stays at different Hampton hotels which was not met at this property.

Yes the breakfast is spectacular, the view because we were on the 6th floor was beautiful except I thought we had a room with a balcony but they don't have rooms with balconies. My other concern is is that one of the elevators, out of the only two in the hotel has not worked since we arrived it would act like it was working and then when you get in and press the button it wouldn't go anywhere so they were down to one elevator and when you're on the 6th floor especially in the morning when you have people going up and down for breakfast, that ends at 10:00 in the morning. We are in our late 60s I'm used to going up and down stairs but my husband is overweight so he wouldn't have been happy if we had to go down the stairs or goup the stairs.

Our room was comfortable, well stocked and clean. The beach was right across the highway.

Our housekeeping staff member was the sweetest and very helpful. The hotel was nice and the room was very clean. The breakfast was a typical quick breakfast. Beach view from the room was great but the pool was directly under our room window so we could hear everything. Just keep that in mind if booking a room with a view. If I ever go back to Biloxi, I’d book there again.

Area and access and cleanliness. Beds were way too hard. Very uncomfortable.

Great place to stay along the beach.

My pillow had mold in it and when I asked for a new one I was given attitude. The manager was nice the next morning. The restroom had hairs in it. The breakfast was gross. The orange juice was more like orange flavored water. The bathroom door was bar door style and kept getting stuck. It did not give much privacy. The night staff were overheard making fun of guests.

Will definitely stay here again
