The reservation site indicated Pets were free, but the staff tried to get me to deposit $25 per day for my small poodle. That was not as advertised and I was not pleased to get harassed at the counter. Upon checking in there was a shift change and an abnormal amount of time was spent correcting issues than opening my room registration timely. Lots of excuses, not much attention. Not tippy top professionals at the desk.

Room was spacious and clean. The carpet seemed to be recently shampooed and was wet for several days after we checked in making the room very musty. The breakfast was decent but the staff was not good at keeping things filled and you would have to ask for more eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc.

When my family and I first entered the elevators, we immediately noticed that the floor felt uneven and dented, which made us uncomfortable and concerned about its condition. The hallway was also very humid and had an unusual smell. Our room itself was spacious, which we appreciated, but there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The sliding bathroom door did not close completely and appeared to be supported only by the wheels along the top. The shower was not as clean as expected and had deep cracks in the tile. I also noticed that the lampshade was noticeably wrinkled and worn. On a positive note, the staff members we interacted with were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Overall, while the staff provided good service, the condition and upkeep of the hotel and room could use some attention and maintenance.

Overall a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Loved the beach view from my room. Walking over there was a breeze. Plus there was very little traffic at the beach bc of when I went.

Once you walked in the room there was an a Bad odor. We requested lated checkout the desk clerk approved, house keeping came banging on the door the next morning. I told her we had a late check out she stood in the door as if I was lying and needed to get out calling the front desk 501 saying that have a late checkout. I could hear the desk say it’s ok for 12pm check out. The room had an odor and the house keeper attitude.

Beds I reserved through booking.com a room with a view of the ocean. And when I got to the hotel , the lady at the desk told me all those rooms were taken after I had reserved and paid for that room, I asked her how that was possible, Because I had a reservation and she said, " I'm sorry, Ms. Taylor they're all taken" I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there was not one there..I was upset but I went ahea and stayed, we were weary travelers. I do not understand how that can happen when you have a reservation for that type room. It was very disappointed because I had my granddaughter with me and I wanted her to be excited about the view. Not cool.
