White House Hotel

Beautiful historic hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and great location. Would highly recommend!

The only I say is out apps on the tv especially the suits so we can watch Netflix or Amazon

Room was very clean, pool was also very clean. Staff to check in was nice The walls had 0 noise insulation You can hear every loud car passing by through your wall Also you can hear out into the hallway

The hotel is beautiful to look at and our room at first glance was nice. As it turned out we had difficulty with the door to our balcony and the front desk brought us a screwdriver to open the door. The room ac was so loud that they moved us to another room. The ac in the next room was not as loud and the door to the balcony worked until the next evening when we couldn’t get it open. We reported this again and were told not to use the door as it was stuck and we may not get it closed. The front desk lady was very nice, concerned and helpful. When we reported this to the manager he looked at the door and said it was the door and it would have to be fixed. He offered us dinner and to move us again. We declined. We would say the new building has issues to be addressed. The front desk was very helpful the whole time.

I it was a wonderful stay however we spent two nights there and we thought that the housekeeping staff would change the sheets but they didn’t but other than that it was very good

Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have liked was a mini fridge. I was told they only have them in the suites.

The room itself was great it was big. We reserved a ocean view room expecting to be on a high floor but we was put on the first floor not the best view. Asked for extra towels 2 hours later had to ask again. Asked the maid to clean oir room 1 time and she never did.

Room did not have a fridge and microwave which would have been a nice plus Will be back to spend more time!

The place was absolutely amazing and beautiful and clean. I will be back!!

The bathroom had no space for items needed to get ready. The hotel staff was cordial, no room service, no microwave in the lobby even. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with great service!

I had to park in a field that hadn’t been mowed in months! I booked a King Suite online, and when I checked in my room had been given to someone else and I got stuck with a queen bed instead. I’ll never visit this hotel again!

Property is very nice and in a great location. First night was great but There was an issue in the room next to us that woke us up during the last night of our stay. Apparently some kids locked themselves in a room and maintenance had to come and basically try to removed a metal door around 10:30pm. I get it. It’s not about the kids but the Staff didn’t really acknowledge or seem to care about how the hour worth of work disturbed us and woke us up. No apology or sorry for the inconvenience or nothing. First night was great. Second night not so much. First time there and not sure it’s worth us going back a second time. Nice coffee maker at the bar but no on to work it until 9:30am.
