The hotel does not honor any of the Hotel.com member perks that are confirmed with booking (i.e. early check in, complementary drinks…). The hotel charges a triple digit early check in fee and you cannot use the property water park / pool without paying the early check in fee or waiting until standard check in time. Standard check in time is 4pm and checkout is 11am. So if you book only one night you will not get a full day to use the pool and water park.

Fun family experience. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing, we enjoyed our stay!!!

my 10 year old and I went there for a last minute end of summer trip and we had a blast.. we played games in the arcade for hours and spent some time at the pool. We definitely will be going back next summer. Very family friendly.

Friendly staff was a plus. Dim lighting in bathroom, Air conditioner blows into your face while sleeping. No late night spots to eat or drink inside hotel. Plus more, but overall 2 stars

Room was clean facility is clean fun place to stay . Elevators were hour wait as they were so busy I really think some additional elevators to handle the busy seasons would be nice but I understand cost isn't worth it

My son absolutely loved the Lazy River but we had issues with the room and when I called to be moved and nobody ever answered my call. The bed Corners are extremely dangerous everyone in my family hit their leg on the bed and as a diabetic my leg got bruised from it I hit it three times. And then my neighbor was a family and they had like six kids and they screamed and ran up and down the hallway I called to be moved but when I called the front desk no one ever answered. The beds were probably my biggest complaint because the corners are very dangerous.

The hotel rooms have been updated recently and were spacious. Did have an issue with hair stuck on the back of the door and the door jam of the bathroom. And the lighting in the bathroom is pretty dim. Beds are hard as a rock and pillows are very soft. Lobby and arcade were nice. Pool- which is why I booked there- was underwhelming. And the water was a bit cloudy and off colored. Didn’t eat at the resort but drinks were more than resort prices that I have paid recently. Gift shop had some margaritaville items but a lot were from the pier next door. Staff we ran into during our stay were nice.

The rooms were simple yet clean and fresh. The turn down service was amazing and we had a maintenance issue but they jumped on it and resolved it in a very fast fashion. The staff were friendly and observant of our needs. Very family friendly atmosphere and when it was adult time the swim up bar was awesome. We had a wonderful time at the resort and the arcade, restaurants, and the amusement park was awesome and reasonably priced.

Kids had fun

We enjoyed our stay. But, with this review, I will warn you that you spend ALOT of time in or waiting on the elevator. Also, was surprised that the lazy river wasn't supervised more. Our room was nice, and we had a great view from the room balcony.

The elevator for check out was horrible. Tip. Ride the elevator up to come down. Otherwise a good time. The resort is a one stop shop: poolside, arcade, amusement park, and restaurants. You never have to leave until checkout.

The rooms are dirty and run down . The AC blows directly on you and makes a loud sound the whole while it’s on. The tub and tile is old and outdated, the tub kept backing up when you shower. Dirt in corners of the outside the tub, look like they got termites. The wood part sticks out of the bed that you put your luggage on safety hazard. No extra pillows or blankets, plus they make you pay $21 for WiFi and parking which they advertise as free WiFi and parking. They charge too much for them rooms to be run down and filthy. They are way too expensive for food and rides at Pardise peers. The only thing I enjoy was the lady river even though it needs a major remodel.

I felt like the paradise Alley area where the rides were was way overpriced, especially when a child had to ride with an adult still had to be charged as an adult. Otherwise everything else was great. Although we did not like the pizza. would definitely go again. The kid said that was their favorite so far

Everything was great except the shampoo and body soap dispenser those could use an upgrade didn’t work. Thank goodness I had my own.

Don’t ever have any complaints when we go, but the last 2 years the hallway smells like weed, and when we sit on the balcony you can also smell it… other than that we always have a great time, rooms are nice and clean, staff has always been great, and love the swim up bar! One other thing, I know it’s a family friendly place and the facility can’t do anything about this, but just putting it out there, remember ladies, there is a lot of small kids, plz where the appropriate swim suits, some where their suits like they on the beach in Cabo! Just saying, have a tad of respect for the kids! 👍
