The room was very clean when we arrived! The smell was very nice when we opened the door! The kids had a blast in the arcade and at the waterpark!

Initial smell walking in was so fresh and smelled like crisp ocean mist. The bed sheets almost smelled just like sweet grace. Very clean

The pool and lazy river are wonderful! The view of the bay is beautiful from the pool deck and you can order food and beverages from poolside.

The hotel and all amenities were great! The only downside is elevator traffic but it was expected due to how nice everything is!

Resort was great , however I felt there were at least two drawbacks. 1) mattresses were hard as the floor- uncomfortable, hard to sleep, woke up sore and 2) the key to the room was actually a plastic band like a hospital bracelet-if you lost it you can’t go the pool, or your room and to get another one is $50… ridiculous!!

The hotel room came with free passes to the amusement park. Gorgeous views over the beautiful water, at sunset. Great for couples, families with kids and especially families with teenagers. The older teens can have a little freedom if they’re responsible. BRING water shoes for the lazy river. It was a lot of fun and I had my water shoes on but two of the kids and several other guests, got scraped up feet. It’s so bad that I would advise the hotel start selling cheap water shoes (poolside) for $5 apiece. It would be a quick fix and people would buy them. Keep them cheap.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Our stay was exactly what we had hoped for! We will be back to visit again!

This place is a great place for kids..

Room had dead bugs in window sill and lots of dirt around drain in tub. A large roach on the wall near elevator. Tv does not have many Channels, no tv guide in room, and very slow channel changes. Only food that was good was burger by the pool. Eggs, nachos, meatball sub were inedible. And, Does was worst steaks in a long, long time. Tamales were not even similar to tamales in the original Does. Overall - poor. Arcade, Pier Park and pool were great for kids though!
