The room was clean. Great view of the bay. The hotel access to the room was a little too much. Always show my driver license was annoying. There were no towels at the pool. However, the pizza restaurant has awesome pizza.

Very clean and well maintained. Loved the security to the rooms prior to getting on the elevator. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fully stocked. Will definitely stay again!!!

Absolutely love!!! 110% recommend. I was a little nervous with it being north of the bay, but it was still very convenient. The room was gorgeous! The entire property was very well maintained. My only recommendation is music at the pool.

I’ve stayed here twice, and I love this location. It’s not right on the beach, but the ocean views from the room are very nice. It’s a resort so there’s a casino and restaurants on the property which is convenient. The pool is clean. The rooms are nice and comfy. It’s quiet and each time before getting on the elevators you have to check in with security and use your room key to access your floor. I felt safe and it’s a nice place to getaway to relax.

When we arrived there was a huge line which I understand isn’t their fault but for context we were already a little on edge. When we get to the desk a woman says that our room isn’t ready because it’s connected and it’s not ready. It was 430pm and check in is at 4pm. Of course we asked why and she said it could be anywhere from 4-8p it says it online (no it doesn’t). Then she said that the room we wanted and booked (connected) wasn’t even a “right” for us to have and she had two rooms close to each other for now. The manager came over didn’t listen to her or us and said yeah we can get you a connected room and the woman said no?? We can’t! He said oh okay sure well she’ll get you settled on another room and left. I would never stay here again

Very nice hotel. Everyone was so very nice! Will definitely be going back there.

The room was excellent! Had a great porter. The security was overwhelming, couldn't even go to the pool area for 20 minutes without being flagged for ID Again! With today's technology, there has to be a simpler way!!

Hotel was very clwan,Staff i creadibly nice ( Sheka was Amazing) . As for issues. Bed was not comfy and sheets felt starched, like sandpaper . No housekeeping during stay, you must call and request towels, toilet paper etc. Security is a bit much. Required to have ALL occupants of room show id to access elevator every time and room key to allow floor choice. With 2 ,19 yrolds had issue one forgot ID in car ,had to wait in lobby for us to get ite.s from room, other had to go all the way to room as no restroom except in lobby and she was19. So through security back to room for bathroom. Cabana rental required 24 hr notice even though not a single cabana was reserved and no one at pool midweek stay. Service at pool was ok,have to use your cell to call for it, its pricey, but tasty , hot and pleasantly delivered . Pool is fair located across the little driveway from casino. Food in the buffet was good, The pastry place and the pizza /ice cream shop was wonderful. We booked 3 nights, checked out at 5pm on 2nd mainly due to sheets /bed.

The hotel was beautiful, we won money in the casino, the food was ok. The service in the restaurant was just ok seemed like too few staff. The pool was very nice. The security seems over the top. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel is very clean and modern. Our room was spacious and quiet. The only downside was the "fitness center" is basically just a cardio center. They have one bench and some dumbbells, and one cable column. You cannot get a real workout there, especially if you wanted to do legs.
