Everyone was great. My check-in to my check-out was excellent. Ms. Emmie (not sure of the spelling) at check-in desk was awesome great customer service. Our stay was great.

I liked the view from the room, as well as the casino, I also like that there’s a mall not far away and it’s convenient to interstate so beach and other casinos are 5 minutes away.

Everything was great about this location. Hotel rooms and facility were clean, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, food was absolutely delicious, and casino was fun. The only negative thing about this stay was the fact that there was not an available microwave. That would’ve been extremely useful.

Beautiful rooms/amenities, superior security, casino spacious, LOUD music, temperature too cold. Staff wonderful and everyone nice and professional. Guests were generally better dressed than other hotels/casinos.

The machines did not pay at all at any of the casinos. Very upsetting and didn't enjoy the experience at all.

The room was clean and comfortable with a great view over the water. The casino was very nice and the house restaurant was very good and the property was convenient to the other activities in Biloxi MS. The staff was very polite and helpful.
