The utter lack of professionalism by the night staff (there was a single woman in her 20s, I am not racist at all but it is important to point out). When I asked her to give me a specific brand of bottled water, she was like it is only for our honors members. When I told her I am a member, she gave me a surprised look. And, overall, maybe it is a Mississippian thing even though it is known for the southern hospitality.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only critique I have is that the bathroom door doesn’t fit the wall properly and it left large openings on both sides of the door-leaving no privacy in the bathroom.

Clean room nice property friendly staff and good breakfast

Our room was quite comfortable and slept well. There was no noise in adjacent rooms or the hall and we were next to the elevator. Very nice. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Much more than the hotel we stayed at the night before which was not a Hampton so a plus when we look for future stays we’ll consider Hamptons over other hotel chains.

The room was clean. Bed comfortable. TV nice size with good viewing options. The staff were all pleasant. Breakfast offered hot and cold items, something to suit everyone. The hotel is in the promenade, convenient for shopping. Near an office depot and a UPS store for business needs. Lots of good restaurants and a movie theater down the street. The pool was clean but too cold for my son to swim in. It is early June & we have had a lot of rain. With everything else so on point, it did not take away greatly from our experience.

We had a great stay at the Hampton. Breakfast was awesome. The room was clean and nice. I was actually kind of sad we only stayed one night. Haha.

They staff was phenomenal very helpful and kind my niece and daughter were all smiles at the sweet lady that checked us in. Also the breakfast staff was so sweet and hard working room was very clean will stay again over all 10/10 !
