Superb

The breakfast was good. They ran out of coffee twice. They seemed to be short handed, but responsive once we found someone to assist. The price was really good. We booked because the reviews were decent for the price, but would probably not stay again.

This was very quiet and clean. We did not like the breakfast. Turkey sausage is just not good. The breakfast area was clean.

The staff was friendly, room and property were well maintained. It looks newly remodeled. The air conditioning was great. We loved, loved, loved the Keurig in the breakfast room where we could press a button and make cappuccino, latte, expresso, hot chocolate anytime. The breakfast buffet was not remarkable but it was well maintained. We will definitely use this hotel again. The location is perfect as many shops and restaurants are near as are several interstates. We were on the first floor and did not hear a sound.

The lobby was nice, the breakfast was good. The hallways and rooms reeked of cigarette or cigar smoke. Bedsheets were stained.

Location was safe. Super quiet. Bed was comfy. Would stay again! The scent of the cleaning supplies set off a small reaction, but overall this was a great experience.

The property was beautiful. The breakfast was good, and the size of the paper cup for coffee was bigger than most hotel breakfast.

Everyone working there is so nice! Clean property, clean rooms, nice pool.

Everything was great! Bed were comfy and both rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. We were low on conditioner, but it was fine. Truly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for what we needed.

I am always afraid to arrive late and not have my room held, but we checked in at 11pm with no problems. The desk clerk was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for the pull out bed, before we left the counter. The room was very clean, towels were soft, the bed was comfy, and the tub was clean. We had the king suite, and amazingly, it was well sound proofed between the bedroom and living space. There was a tv and fridge in both rooms. I was really surprised at how well appointed the two separate spaces were. As a whole, our room, the interior and exterior of the hotel, was all very quiet. The included breakfast was actually quite nice. There were lots of hot options like biscuits, sausage gravy, roasted breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and I think waffles too. There were several cereal options, muffins, breads, bagels, several juice selections, and coffee options. But our favorite thing was the fancy espresso machine, that had a plethora of options for different flavored lattes, cappuccinos, and hot chocolates. The parking lot was well lit, and we easily found a space, despite the late check in and them being sold out. We didn’t use the gym, but people were in there, and it appeared to be well maintained and had several pieces of equipment. We stayed here, after a ballgame in Tuscaloosa. Every hotel in that area had terrible reviews, so we opted to drive the 50 miles outside of town. SO glad we did!

Put a fan in the washrooms…other than that, A-ok.

I love this hotel. It was very nice. Pleasant staff great beds and so clean. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this place.

Exceptional

The cleanliness was subpar of any of the hotels we’ve stayed in for the past two weeks. The breakfast was also subpar and the lack of cleanliness was well noticed. The room was terrible. The air coming out of the air conditioning made it difficult to breathe. We had to cover our heads with the sheets. Spider webs in the room, floor was musty and damp. The care of this hotel should be brought to the attention of the health department. I wished I could have spoken to the manager about the condition of this hotel.

The property was very clean and well maintained . The staff was super friendly and helpful. I felt like the property was in a great area, well lit and safe. We always stay here when we come to Birmingham.
