The front desk guy was extremely rude. He did not greet me. His opening statement was ID and credit card….. Then said do you have dogs. I said no he gave me the room key and walked away. Then the room stunk very bad. The bathroom was filthy hair on the sink bath tub disgusting and also had ants.

Very nice hotel. Had an issue with our booking through Hotels.com. The gentleman at the desk was amazing about helping us with the issue. Spacious room. Good selection of breakfast items.

I stay at this hotel every time I’m traveling to Birmingham. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is always clean on the inside and out. They have a great breakfast, a very big variety and everything is always fresh and good. The beds are comfortable, sheets clean and fresh smelling. There is a gym, pool and a designated outdoor space that is private and peaceful. I always feel safe in this hotel.I travel with a dog and it’s always nice and clean outside in the walking spaces and they always have pet bags and disposal bins. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was great and met our needs for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and the breakfast options were great too. One negative was the pressure in the shower was very low.
