Easy on and off interstate with a few choices on places to eat. Although there was a lot of noise throughout the night.

The room was clean and well furnished. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The concrete stairs outside leading up to the backside rooms were so worn in they were constantly filled with water when it rained and the bed was too firm. The location was convenient, but the parking lot would benefit from a separate access to the rooms on the back side as the driving paths are very narrow.

The breakfast was great made my own waffles. The food was fresh along with the pastries and coffee. The staff and housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Especially Lisa. I enjoyed my stay. There was police presence so I felt very safe. I would highly recommend.👍😊

Receive text and email for check in but still had to go through the Che k in process and I paid in advance and then got to the property and had to put down a deposit. I have never had to do this at any other hotel

Surprisingly nice rooms, very clean and well furnished for a properly at this price point. Breakfast was minimalistic but fresh and adequate. Location is perfect in proximity to the interstate with Cracker Barrel and a Starbucks very close. Excellent value and overall I was pleased with my stay at this Ramada and will likely stay there again when I return to visit Oak Mountain Park which is 2 miles away.

There was a small selection so my son and I didn't get any. The location was good. The room wasn't swept good and hair was everywhere. Some of the towels were dirty. The freezer was frozen shut and the refrigerator didn't keep the items cold. I told the lady up front that she needs to tell her housekeeper to clean more thoroughly and I mentioned the refrigerator but she just smiled. We just checked out early because it was a very unpleasant stay.

Access to hotel wifi is very confusing. Need to join and then ask for your information.ie name, email etc. Should do like other hotels I've stayed in and just give a password at check in.
