Very good

Hotel was clean, staff was efficient and hospitable. Breakfast was hot and eating area was immaculate. All the breakfast stations worked as expected. Parking lot was lit and felt safe tucked next to a few other nice hotels. Hotel was good just aged. Room had an older smell, just needs a refurbishment or a deeper clean.
-
Our lobby smelt like mold, and it appeared that the carpet in the walkways and hallways needed to be replaced and possibly the rooms as well. The parking lot had potholes in it.
-
The front entrance could be better lighted, and the lobby had a smell that was not very pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable.

Peaceful with friendly staff. Close to highway so always road noise.

Best Western Plus Oak Mountain Inn for the WIN! We had a very comfortable one night stay. From the helpful and accommodating staff to the fresh and clean lobby to the pool and our clean and spacious room, everything was simply great! Breakfast was hot & delicious, too! Reasonable rate and great location were also a bonus!
