Best Western Plus Oak Mountain Inn

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. The tub needed some extra cleaning, and a remodel. There were multiple pieces of hair in the shower. Nice area with plenty of restaurants around. The hotel is right off the highway which is a plus. Breakfast is good. I will stay here again.

Booked through Expedia, which caused an error in booking and neither Expedia or BW would help fix the error, despite speaking with the host and paying for another booking AND the receptionist telling me it's an error that happens often. Very disappointed in Expedia and BW.

Breakfast and pool I was over charged and I had to get room key renewed numerous times. I have contacted Best Western .We travel with baseball team quite frequently.

When my family and I entered our room, we immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though we had reserved a non-smoking room. I went downstairs to notify the front desk about the issue right away. I also asked a staff member to come to the room and verify the odor so there would be documentation and we would not be held responsible or charged a cleaning fee for the smoke smell.

Staff was very welcoming when we arrived. Housekeeping was courteous. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was particularly musty. I know that the humidity in the South is difficult to control, but we found our room to be quite unpleasant to spend time in because of the mustiness and dampness.

Place was clean, our door did stick a little but the room was very nice. Breakfast was better than most places lots of choices and good too.

This hotel is great and affordable. I love the fact it was central for the purpose of my stay and surrounded all the restaurants and other amenities that I needed. Staff was kind and helpful rooms were clean. The only thing that my room had an issue with was the drain when I turned on the shower it didn’t drain as fast so had little standing water as we showed. I would suggest they place some drain fix and that would fix the issue.

Clean room, attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Beds are AWFUL. Pool area could use a face lift but clean. Stayed here twice and would stay again.

Hotel was clean and had good amenities, but nothing out of the ordinary, just a good hotel.

The front desk staff was very nice. It is very convenient to the interstate and dining options. These were the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE beds I’ve ever been on. Laying in one position for too long is bound to give you bed sores. The ac worked well but a was so loud. The interstate noise was noticeable but not distracting.

Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was not up to par. Dirty hall and room floor. Refrigerator wasn’t clean;nor was the sitting chair.

The staff were real nice but I got the impression that everyone here had just given up
