The room smelled musty and the chair in the room looked like there was mold on it. At check-in the staff was not at the desk and we needed to wait a bit until someone came. The ice machines were not working.

Nothing The room was damp, dusty, dirty, not clean at all. Parking was awful, some people took up three spaces and nothing was done for the ones who had a room there. I had to park by the highway and that was unacceptable. Trash was behind the nightstand and the bed. The bathroom Door wouldn’t close and was backing up. The cover on the end was dingy and there was nothing done. I am waiting for the manager to call me because I traveled 2 hrs and the night person did not do anything to make this right. It was just unacceptable. I am now sick from being in that room for those few hours and will never patronize that place again. We slept standing up when we finally Closed our eyes. That was unacceptable!

The staff was very friendly. The place was clean enough but not needed to be really clean. There was hair on the bed and in the shower. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was pilled dust accumulated on the baseboards. The are conditioner was not working properly but it was cool enough-not cold.

They would not let us check in because we had a small dog. They said no pets and would not give us a refund. They said we had to go through you for a refund. We entered on line that we were traveling with a pet but this motel was on the list you gave us. It is impossible to get to you to deal with this matter.
