Great stay. Inside the room was clean. Natural debris in outdoor hall way could have been swept or blown out. Friendly staff.
-
The trash bags are lined up under the stairs by the time we checked in and still there until we checked out.
-
Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and offering breakfast was a bonus.

I didn’t end up staying there . They said they would refund me . I called you guys . No one refunded me EVER .

Solid stay. Reasonable price. Will return next summer. I always stay in bishop on the way to Mammoth to save some money and enjoy the small town.

Location , Location , Location ! Very Limited Parking … our room had ants that would get into anything you left on the TV credenza !

The host was very helpful and checked us in right away. Our suite was great - we had two rooms - one like a living room with a couch and a table with chairs, a counter and a TV, and the other a separate bedroom, which also had a TV. There also were two sinks - one in the bedroom and one between the bedroom and the bathroom. I wish the pool and spa were inside- it was a very hot day, so we ended up not using either.

Nice lobby and rooms. A bit on the old side.

Nice stop along our road trip.

The full breakfast is excellent. Comparing to other properties in Bishop, you get your money's worth. I only wish management would hire someone to clean the stairs and hallways which are really nasty. And someone to fix the noisy AC and the loose toilet seat.

Breakfast was good. The selection was good and the staff were nice. Check-in was difficult. We had used booking.com and had to change our reservation from one day to another. When we arrived, the front desk staff member indicated the change had not been made. I did have a confirmation e-mail noting the change was made. That did not matter. He wanted us to cancel our reservation (which would have cost the room charge of more than $200). Then he wanted us to rebook the reservation which would have cost us another $200+. This was totally unacceptable and eventually the change was made with an additional charge. If Best Western does not want to work with booking.com, then they should not be on the list for booking.com. The whole experience was very disappointing. Then when we got to the room, the smoke detector was going off with the low battery indicator and there were bugs on the bed and the curtains. We did change rooms, but the 2nd room also had bugs and I woke up three times during the night with bugs crawling on my head and arms. We will never stay here again. The whole experience was not acceptable.

Basic rooms, good for stopping on the way in/out of the mountains. Completely full both visits this month but our rooms were quiet. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner (the backs of the doors were dirty). Outdoor hallways need a good power wash. Pool is basic but refreshing during the heat wave. They ran out of pool towels and the dirty ones were piled up and not taken away.

Great customer service !!

Breakfast area was exceptionally well maintained and staff was very accommodating and helpful. One of the best "included" breakfasts we have had. Exterior of property, particularly the hallway outside the rooms, could use some sweeping.

It was nice

The front desk guy, was able to get us a 1st floor room when the hotel was almost completely full. A huge plus for us old folks with bad backs!

I booked two rooms under my name and ended up getting two mobility accessible rooms far apart from each other that I didn't request and was not able to contact the front office after numerous calls that rang and rang or cut off so I gave up. Upon arriving at the hotel and questioning about not being able to contact the front desk I was told I probably had the wrong number so I pulled out my paperwork and showed it to the desk clerk so he could see that I had written the number down and was told well someone was always there. Not believed is not a good look. The front room I was given had low lighting and I needed to turn on multiple lights so had to get up to turn them off at bedtime. The air conditioners are the noisiest I have ever experienced and I could hear the one upstairs coming on and rumbling. Weird. The floors above are paper thin and of course adults and children walked back and forth over and over like pacing without purpose. My daughter had the other room and said that her bed was over used and should have been replaced long before. So overall I would never stay at this hotel ever again. Best Westerns used to have good reputations but the quality certainly has dropped off.
