Everything was nice and clean.

I recently completed a 3-night stay in a King Suite, and the service was entirely unacceptable. Housekeeping failed to service our room a single time during the stay. Staff was practically non existent, ghost staff, including an unattended coffee bar and the in-room telephone was completely out of order. While the room was clean upon check-in, the total lack of service felt no different than staying in an Airbnb. I will not be returning.
