Staff was great and room was clean.

Kind staff and new rugs with clean look. Kinda musty smell and bathroom vent fan started out screaming but quit after a minute. Pool sure didn’t feel heated. I learned the handicapped bathrooms have no counter space or towel holders. We didn’t need it. The ground floor near the exit door was convenient for our 2 dogs. Breakfast was fine .

Property was all that we expected and we were comfortable for the night. There is another place by the same name and we went there and were told it wasn’t them and we had to drive across town to get here. We couldn’t believe there were two places by the same name but different proprietors in the same town. We got where we had to go after being told by the first place that we weren’t in the system and to go check this place.

Solid place to stay. Carpet needs better upkeep but other than that, room was clean, bed was comfortable with lightly scented sheets, and price is excellent!!!

The front desk staff; specifically Crissy. Additionally, the rate was very reasonable but I guess you get what you pay for. To their credit, they seem to be trying to update it but it is obviously slow going. Breakfast was typical and edible. Though their use of gallon bottles of milk instead of individual cartons makes quality suspect. The first room we were given had dirty sheets with crusted something on it. It also had a fairly foul oder. Crissy was kind enough to give us a newly painted room but so new that the black out curtains were stuck to the wall. We did not tell staff until the end of our stay as it seems the lesser of 2 evils. There were no sheer curtains either. All around the property were newly built hotels that made this one look just above an SRO. Again you get what you pay for I suppose.

Location Using booking.com and paid in full and then was charged again at the property. Still haven’t been refunded.

We were greeted by a very cheerful woman! She offered dining suggestions! Our room was spacious and very clean! Beds were comfortable! Such a great experience from beginning until we left! Breakfast was good!

Breakfast was good. Facility is in process of being refurbished and they are replacing older items with good materials like tile floors in the bathroom and new carpeting in room.

There was a funny smell in our room.

My family and I stayed at this inn on September 16. Before checking out on September 17, I noticed a small hole underneath the shower area. I took photos and a video because the location of the hole immediately raised a serious privacy concern. My son later told me that he had placed a tissue over the hole to cover it. Knowing that there was an unexplained opening in the shower area made my family and me feel extremely uncomfortable and violated. We have no way of knowing what the hole was for, but given its location, this is something the management should take very seriously. I immediately brought the issue to the attention of the on-duty staff who were present, showed them the video and photos, and explained our concerns. I am sharing this review honestly so that management is aware of what happened and can properly investigate the issue. Guests should be able to shower and stay in a room with the expectation of privacy, safety, and peace of mind. This experience left my family deeply unsettled. I hope the management investigates this thoroughly and provides a clear explanation of what this opening was and why it was there.

Clean quiet and easy to get to. Rates are better than most other hotels. Great friendly polite staff

Clean and quiet. Loved it.

The room was clean and very presentable. The faucet in the tup dripped which was a little irritating. Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. Everything was filled and hot. Our first night two middle school softball teams were staying the night. They were VERY loud. Running up and down the halls and jumping. We had one of them prank calling our room several times in a row. There needed to be some adult supervision for these groups.

Location, comfort, control temperature of room. Heavy down pour, storm sewer were full, parking lot large pooling of water.
-
Helpful staff resolved initial issues.
-
The staff was very nice, but the property was a little neglected on the inside. The pool was not working, but it was nice enough for one night.
-
The staff was sweet. The room smelled molded and wet. It was hot when entering and after a while I saw a few nets kilt them and the next day it was way more. 1 washer and 1 dryer. The dryer don’t work well laundry room was dusty and the pool was out of service.

Stuffy smell as soon as you walk in the building. The smell was like carpet that needed cleaned/old cigarette smoke/no AC kind of smell. The elevator was the same as well as the hallway and room. Thank goodness room was a little better after turning room AC on. But carpet still felt dirty. Parts of the wall/corners were damaged/paint off. Beds and linen were clean and nice though.

Place is just dirty. Pool was closed due to a chemical problem. Staff was pretty rude when delivering info. Not impressed. Won't stay again.
