Disappointing
-
Right off highway, friendly staff Very dirty everywhere, our room smelt like poop, not vacuumed in halls or room, gross everywhere, moldy ceiling, highly not recommended

Superb

I found this hotel not clean, hot tub not working, (1) of Two elevators not working, carpet dirty. Received a 5.00 am Wake up call that we did not ask for! I would not recommend this hotel.
-
The walk-in shower had a curtain with a curved rod that allowed water to spray out on the bathroom floor. The breakfast juice machine was broken and no juice was provided.
-
Exemplary staff and customer service.

King size sofa sleeper room is nice arrangement They shampooed rug but it didn’t smell fresh, it smelled like a wet dog.

Nice place great location, had i known prior to check in the hot tub was broken id stayed somewhere else

Hot tub was out of service. That is why we selected tht hotel.

The hotel is aged but clean. Listing said Hot Tub, Hot Tub broken. The desk clerk gave me a story that only 1 person in the state of Illinois can repair it and he’s been busy. Had yellow tape around the ladder that’s been there a while. Plaque on the front desk said “Hot Tub broken, sorry” and that’s been there a while too. They should not be able to list this amenity. I would have stayed elsewhere. Feel duped.

Comfortable and location was great

One of the elevators did not work. Hot tub out of order. Some appliances at breakfast out of order. Had to set up account on my personal devise to use the television. This place was a dump compared to the Holiday Inn Express we stayed in Sioux City the night before. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst friend.
