Comfort Suites Bloomington I-55 and I-74

For a hotel at this reasonable price, everything was just fine.

It was just an overnight stay while traveling. I do not remember anything bothering me so I am certain it was presentable. Did not use the pool area but breakfast was fine. My only negative had nothing to do with the motel but with the poor selection of dining nearby. The finest dining within a couple miles was cracker barrel lol.

Older hotel but very clean and comfy beds! not even dirt in the corners!

The place was clean and fairly new looking. Bathroom was clean and nice looking.

Easy to get to, easy check in. Good for a quick stay but wouldn’t plan to stay long.

Our stay was better than anticipated. It was much more than a suite than was advertised. Always nice to get more than you were expecting.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. But the 1st room we went into, the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way and then we noticed the carpet was very wet by the air conditioner. They were helpful in changing our room. The new room was nice, but that bathroom door wouldn't quite shut either. Breakfast was average for a Comfort Inn.

Just a stay over, breakfast was not the best, but all was fine.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, hot and cold items. A/C was nice and cold as well.

Over all it’s just dated and worn. Not bad, but we were only paying $100, so it wasn’t overpriced for the condition. I’d say the 8.8 rating is over rated

Very nice and helpful staff. Parking lot not very big because the building takes up a lot of the space on the lot. The building exterior, lobby and common areas are clean and well maintained. The rooms are not quite as clean I think because whenever they were last updated with new carpet and paint I don’t think they moved the beds which are attached to the wall and there is what looks like years of dust and debris behind the headboards. Because the headboards are not flush with the wall it’s easy to see a lot of dirt, cobwebs, candy wrappers etc back there. Everything else in the room looks clean. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and mentioned this after prior stays but nothing appears to have been done. It’s like a clean exterior with lots of dirt hiding in places you might not look. If it were my home or hotel, I would make sure the room is clean everywhere, not just where you can easily see. Other than that, I like this hotel, staff, and beds.

We were there for one night. It was perfect for our needs. Easy parking, smooth check in. Room was clean and updated, bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Great for the price. I would recommend.

The property seemed quite new and fresh. The room was a suite with separate couch and TV area before getting to queen beds. It made the room feel more roomy. For the price of the stay, the room was an excellent value.

Upon checking and a lady was very rude I said can I please have my point she stated no we’re not giving you any points used a different person and didn’t go through our website. All other hotels give me their points. Why doesn’t this brand the room needed the updated had some mode in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner only worked halfway. I had to set it down to 60 just to get it down to 70 in the room. I would not recommend to stay in here, especially with a family.
