Staff refused to provide me a receipt of my stay at the end.

The room was average. One bed had dirty sheets. Some furniture was broken. Bathroom the toilet paper was empty with new roll on top of toilet. Floor in bathroom was dirty and moldy. Bathroom door was peeling. One lock on door was missing completely. Shower had leak in head.

No hot tub as advertised, mold in bathroom, toliet wouldn't refil after flushing. Terrible place not worth the money at all

Once inside, the front desk area was a bit dark. The guest service person was friendly & kind. As was the cleaning person. Going to my room the hall way had a very musty odor with an over powering "not so clean" smell. Looking around as I walked to the room, it did not seemed kept up. It definitely needs an update! Once in the room it look somewhat clean. Still the musty smell. Beds were not at all comfortable. The mattress felt very old, one of the beds the side of the mattress seam to stick up like a board. It was the one I slept in, not comfortable at all! There was left over shampoo and body wash above the bath tub. Just confirming that the tub had not been cleaned properly. But, I think the worst was the huge dead bug behind the garbage can close to the TV stand! Ugh! Had I not gathered all the garbage cans together, so it would be convient for the cleaning person I would not have notice! But, I did and that totally grossed ne out! I mentioned to the front desk, but they said they were sorry, they will look into that. (?) My recommendation is to thoroughly check your room before settling in.

everything, no working water in my shower, floors were filthy

tv channels were missed up and would not come on

The location and reasonable rates I realize that a two day stay that maids do not make beds or deep clean room but our very tiny garbage cans were never emptied. Had to leave garbage on bathroom vanity. 3 people were in room and only 3 bathtowels for showering for 2 days. A list of fines posted in room that stated $50 for a stolen coffemaker which was not even in the room. No coffee either of course. List of fines posted everywhere but no TV station list in room. Will not stay here again.

This was our seconded stay here. Things have deteriorated considerably since our first stay.

The bugs were horrible outside on the patio. Breakfast was from 7-9. Would have liked it to be from 7-10. Out jacuzzi tub didn't work. Hotel

Awesome. Staffs nice plenty of parking didnt have the breakfast.

Only thing I saw that was a nice feather was they had hard floors instead of carpet At first when walking in was a little run down. Once getting to room I saw hard floors and that was nice to see .But here what was wrong in room outlet didn't work or cords fell out. Restroom area need work water trickel and area was small fridge and freezer didn't keep stuff cold and ice was dropping in freezer and it was on.Tv controller wasn't for that tv and when asked they show me button to work.My family had 3 room we were there for Special Olympics event so we were making the best of situation since we were gone most of the time. But this top the visit off at 2 am my daughter and grandson which were in room 401 they woke up with something crawling on them. My daughter was all bit up and when they address front desk they asked for proof , her bites were not enough so they went back to room and found one in sheet all full of blood. At this time as anyone know everything need to be heated so at 2 am were sitting in car drying all our clothes so we didn't bring any bedbugs home. And as we left here what was seen as we were driving out we pass the dumpster and they had many mattress and box spring stack up

Breakfast was poor choices and quality

The room was ok but very dated.

The smell was horrible like a mildew smell and I am very sensitive to small and it was awful. The room could be cleaned better

Nothing They have bed bugs

Location no far from where I should attend I didn’t like there was air of pets everywhere. I’ve kids and we don’t like pets
