Love the parking garage!

Very nice room. Great view!

Location was great. Breakfast was ok.

Awesome staff, great location. My only complaint is that the lobby was very warm throughout the day.

my shower floor was dirty, but everything else was good. you have to pay for parking 18.99. One of the elevators were not working well and house keeping was not happy. good location. front desk was helpful getting me logged into the garage. breakfast was good. a little to expensive for having to pay pay for parking. they forgot to make coffee in the lobby, but front desk made us some.

Additionally, my room phone didn't work. I advised the front desk to no avail. Also, one of the front desk staff pushed my checkout tasks to another employee so she could call her boyfriend at the front desk while on the clock. I will never stay at this Hyatt location again. I have NEVER stayed at such a non- hospitable hotel in my 30+ years of foreign and domestic travel. 0/10 would not recommend.

Wasn’t particularly anything. Dull as dish water. Usually pick hilton brands. Thought I’d try it but wouldn’t try again.

Wasn't a full breakfast. Or lack of stocking. Parking garage for hotel charged me twice cuz I left once.

we liked this hotel in the past due to location and it is clean and quiet. you can walk outside and there's a hundred restaurants and shops right there. the bad thing this time was the pool was out of order and I did not know that before I booked the room or I probably wouldn't have. So my children were unable to swim. We thought if the weather was bad which it was at least they could swim at the hotel. Also the parking lot used to be included but now you have to use a qr code and set up an account and pay extra to park which seems like a sneaky add on. If I own a hotel I assume my guests are going to need someplace to park. So those 2 things kind of hurt the trip. I probably won't stay there again.

The room was not that clean. Drink spills left on the night stand. A straw next to the bed. The bathroom was not clean. The floor and toilet needed extra care. I had to wipe everything down myself. The breakfast area is not maintained. Not cleaned quickly and not a lot of effort to make sure silverware etc is available. Yes it’s in a perfect location in town and the front desk ladies were so so nice but it could have been much cleaner.

Parking was easy and on the property. The elevator stopped working around check out time. That cause a lot of people to wait. The scrambled eggs are gross and the the little pancakes are so hard. Otherwise everything else was edible.

Room was very clean. Great location. Walkable to many restaurants.

Loved the walking distance to all things downtown. Exercise room was fabulous!! Breakfast was good.

The staff was extremely friendly and the facility was in a wonderful location-only walking distance from IU.

Parking garage is not secured

My room was not ready when I got there. They tried giving me another room, telling me that it was the same kind of room when it wasn’t so they had us go to that room until our room was ready and then we had to move our things to the room that was originally supposed to be our room…. the front desk area, where we to sit and relax and enjoy our breakfast was so hot. It was unbearable ended up trying to take our breakfast to our room. Come on.

Checkin was great, room was comfortable and clean. I parked in the hotel’s garage, which they list on their website for $16 per night. The billing for parking is run by an automated system called Metropolis. Metropolis billed me twice, $16.99 each, despite my following the hotel’s directions to select unlimited in and out when I pulled into the garage. Am now arguing with Metropolis to refund one of the charges. Good hotel, but points off for frustrating parking.

The breakfast was really good despite being staples! The eggs were fluffy and hot, with fresh blueberries.
