They did replace the garage entry system and this was great. License plate reader took care of all in/out travel.

Wonderful location, great staff. Superb onsite restaurant with many excellent restaurants nearby within walking distance. Make sure you do not get one of the rooms over the tube as it is very noisy during the day. They were happy to move us when we requested a change!

The room looked clean when we first got to it. Then we discovered long dark hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the shower AND not one single square of toilet paper in the bathroom or anywhere in our room. Bed was comfy. Pillows were decent. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The room was a nice size and I liked having a living area with a sofa. My other complaint was we were there for 2 nights and our room never got cleaned between the first and second night. NEVER EVEN SAW a cleaning cart on our entire floor. Kind of disturbing for a Hyatt Place.

Location Parking garage! Couldn’t get into it. Had to park elsewhere, get up at 4:00am to pay for next day or be towed!

Great place, clean, comfortable. Getting into the parking garage, particularly if you have a larger car can be a bit difficult. There is a steep incline/curve going up ramp, can be tricky.
