The room was clean and the tv said my name on it The size of the pool is rather small for the size of the hotel. But it was enjoyable as we were the only ones in there.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Bloomington. That is the only benefit. The bar closed early so we could not get dinner. The pool is way too small but the biggest issue was the air conditioning. Every time it kicked on it woke me up. I got no sleep and will not stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay in Bloomington. We will be back.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy and reasonably priced.

It was clean. The staff was friendly. It was a great location and there was a lot of things to do within walking distance. The pool was small. We never got in because even just for two of us, it felt small. The parking garage was also set up really weird. We got back late both nights we stayed and both times, we thought we weren’t going to have some place to park.

Very nice hotel and spacious rooms. Bed was comfortable and really have no complaints! Nice walk to different restaurants and shops

The breakfast was better than most hotels. The location is fantastic. Plenty to eat, drink, and see all on foot.

Clean ,spacious rooms. Lots of variety for breakfast. Be aware that parking fees are 14 per day. This wasn't clear at booking. The pool is small and has windows along the street.

We found the front desk staff very friendly (Lacy and the young guy with glasses), the room was very nice-- it had a comfy bed and pillows, nice size, very nice bathroom, good a/c and TV, the gym was great to have (but the floor needed cleaning) and the breakfast with coffee was awesome. We also appreciated that they didn't use single-use toiletries. The location to amenities was good and the park nearby was nice. We found the parking process in the garage to be a pain (tickets, validation, lack of card recognition, etc) and the hotel entrance was a challenge to find.
