There is next to no cleaning staff. Even if you find someone for towels. Not happening. Elevator broke one morning so used the stairs. Student run so Saturday morning no one available at the coffee area. Book this hotel for price and location.

Clean room What I don’t like is that I have stayed there a few times while my daughter has been attending school and I need 2 rooms for May 4- May 8, 2028 and nothing is available! I would love if you could accommodate me for this time.

As a new to IU parent, The Biddle is the best. The hotel is conveniently located near campus and downtown. Easy access to all things IU and the parking is great.

Clean rooms but no amenities other than a keurig coffee maker and bathroom supplies. Staff were excellent.

The hotel did not have any announcement nor did they let us know when we checked in. We found out by a note on the door it was closed for the week.

A lot of the food concessions were closed due to updates being done other then that it was a wonderful experience!
