The smell of the entire place I couldn’t get past. It smelt like they dumped into the carpet a pine car freshener. Horrible! I did not sleep under the bed comforter, I was nervous too. My daughter was moving into IU as a freshman so the hotels were all booked. I would recommend staying farther if you have to- not here.

The room felt old and dirty.

Location to campus Very dated, room was very humid and smelled of mildew, rug and bedding very old and rug was damp. Bathroom tub had stains and entire hotel-hallways and rooms smelled old and smoky. Hotel needs a major renovation. Couldn’t wait to come home to shower!

Josh at the front desk was excellent and very helpful. Property is not the best but good for a night and near the IU campus.

Always a solid place to crash

Hallway was about 100 degrees smelled like marijuana, room wasn’t what we had booked. Said it was 2 rooms but it was only 1, asked for my money back and they refused to do it saying it was booked through 3rd party. I called 3rd party and they said it was up to hotel to refund and now I’m getting run around. Would definitely not recommend this location to anyone.

We booked a deluxe room only to find out that wasn’t available to us upon arrival and we were not refunded the difference, I had to go through Expedia and only received a credit toward my next trip booked through them. $70 pet fee for one night is unreasonably high for zero pet amenities- not even a fenced in area for them to go outside, no water bowls, no bags to clean up after them, no trash can outside to dispose of their waste- nothing. The room smelled bad- very musty, and the beds were so uncomfortable- like sleeping on an old pull out couch where you can feel the springs poking you. Floors had weird rust-like stains all over them. The AC was cold? I guess that’s the only real positive thing I can say about this place.

The facility is in dire need of major repair. The floors are ripped and stained, the plumbing leaked, the doors were rotted and there were several fire code violations.

Terrible hotel

The room was clean, but we paid extra for a pet. Upon leaving the hotel our dog was infested with fleas(which has never before been a problem), so the pet area must have been where our pet got them.
