The staff were friendly. Room door was open when I first arrived. The sink was dirty and the bathtub had what look to be old towels thrown in it. The bed wasn’t comfortable

I was assigned a room and realized it had not been cleaned from the night before as both beds were unmail. I was given a second room and I had to use mu full body to ram against it to open the door. I was never able to pull the door tight enough to use the deadbolt lock with some people just sitting in their car directly outside my door. I did not use the shower because the tub was yellow stained and I could not tell if it had been cleaned.

Location near college. They really need to clean , carpets were dirty not stained just straight not vacuumed light above mirror didn’t work my sheets were very dirty in the corner . This place could be so much better if just a little more effort. Went into cleaning

I reserved a non- smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes and bed blanket had a bun hole in it, the one bed was broke and you rolled to one side. The refrigerator did not work. And the breakfast was a joke, we had to go to Bob Evans to get breakfast.

The smoking on the property amd in the rooms. Once we turned the ac on the smoke smell was loud, we shared a wall with a 3 y/o that thought midnight was a good time to use the beds as a trampoline and the blankets had god awful burn holes in them!
