Quiet little place... front desk very nice lady!!! Would stay here again.

I reserved a non- smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes and bed blanket had a bun hole in it, the one bed was broke and you rolled to one side. The refrigerator did not work. And the breakfast was a joke, we had to go to Bob Evans to get breakfast.

Shower was messed up but still worked but not my favorite

Easy to find, right in town. Friendly, helpful staff and well maintained property

Dirty bathroom, hard mattress, sketchy neighborhood, hot shower, good air conditioner, nice front desk staff, smelly lobby, bad breakfast. Fairly cheap, what you pay is what you get. If you’re on a budget and not overly picky, this should suffice for a night.

The bath tub had hair in the dean and they was hair in the tub and you could tell the bathroom wasn’t clean at all

Creating my reservation online was quick and easy. When I got there, it was straight to the point with checking in and there were no underlying fees or other costs not stated online. I loved the customer service and they made sure me and my family felt very welcomed especially since we were visiting West Virginia all the way from New York. I would definitely stay here again when we return. We loved everything.

Room was not very clean, smoke detector had been removed. Refrigerator was Iced up. AC in the room barely worked. It was very warm all night. Would have complained, but didn't want any hassle. Definitely won't stay there again.

The property is DIRTY outside and scary there are people living there not staying the night. Homeless camp on the parking lot. We did NOT stay! He’ll NO

The front desk receptionist was helpful and took our concerns seriously. Bedbugs were found, owner refuses to answer any of the refund requests from me or the booking company after multiple attempts. I had to book another hotel nearby and pay again without getting a refund from this place.

Good for the $$.

Breakfast was almost nonexistent.

Staff was very friendly Beds very uncomfortable. Didn’t get sleep because of all the noise. Kids running around upstairs until 1 am and then people banging on doors at 3 am.

Breakfast - jam, spread, waffle maker, bread toaster everything was there. But no bread, bagel, waffle mix!!

Stayed there twice. Its decent for the price. Nothing too bad and nothing too good. Would stay again if I had to be in Bluefield.

Toilet plugged, staff smoke in the lobby!

The lady at the front desk was very personable and did us a huge favor of changing us from an upstairs room to the bottom floor as I cannot go up and down stairs. The was very clean and fresh even tho it was a room they let you have pets in-I was impressed. The bed was uncomfortable and we had trouble flushing the toilet. By the time we checked out it had stopped altogether (gross). Granted it was obviously an older hotel and the room wasn’t in bad disrepair but the whole place could definitely need a facelift!
