Quality Hotel and Conference Center Bluefield

The vent in the bathroom barely works so my hot shower was interrupted by the smoke detector going off

Driveway and parking lot was in need of some repair. Carpet needed to be upgraded. Hot breakfast should include eggs and meat.

We were in non smoking room with my kids and they hated the smell! Breakfast micro managed by staff, nothing that has enough protein...add a boiled egg or better yogurt.

Every thing was fine the room was clean the beds were very comfortable the Bar restaurant was a plus the pool area and pool were Great the Staff was awesome especially the little old lady that handled breakfast plenty of parking we rode in on our Harley Davidsons and parked them under the canopy by the entrance the Bar had a nice selection of beers and spirits We WILL BE BACK

Just would have loved more options for breakfast. Room was older and needed some furniture replaced.

Restaurant and staff were fantastic. Room needs maintainanc as floor in front of AC unit was very wet when we arrived.

We visited Bluefield for a high school reunion. This hotel looked nice enough on line, but the furniture and fixtures were so old and dirty. The chair and ottoman in the room were disgustingly dirty and the bed comforter had spots of blood on it. The faucet in the tub was very loose and in danger of breaking. The smell of cigarette smoke was strong, even tho the room was designated “ no smoking”. We went out and bought Lysol spray for the air conditioner vent trying to mitigate. I could never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check room before staying.

The greeting at the front desk. This property is very dated. The mirror in the room was broke, the bed had a permanent dip, the room didn’t feel clean. The door across the hall had a broken lock and the room next door had a humidifier connected to the hall. We were shocked that the price we paid resulted in this quality. The card for the door didn’t work. The light fixture was falling in the bathroom and there was very little pressure at the faucet. If we hadn’t arrived at 10:30pm we wouldn’t have stayed. I worried at getting under the covers as I wasn’t confident the room was clean. Very disappointed for the amount we paid and at a Quality Inn! Oh and breakfast consisted of a couple pieces of fruit, coffee, and cereal. Nothing warm! I have more photos I can share.

There was a band every night over the weekend rock one night and an acoustical artist who was excellent simply excellent and a country band on Saturday night The pool was clean and the staff was friendly

The clerk gave me a room that someone was already in. I walked in and found a pocket book and folded clothes. I called fron desk to let them know someone had left clothes and a pocket book. She then said, "oops, I gave you the wrong room". Not good.

I arrived little early and was told to check in I must pay $40. The hotel looks like it has not been updated in over 30 years. The hallway leading from Door F smells like mold and piss. I had to change my entry route to the front/amin doorways. The rugs in hallways are super dirty. I asked front desk to have housekeeping to clean up the room and replace the towels for room. They said they would. When I returned I the evening, this was not done despite being told that they would. The sink is too low from what normal heights. The tub has multiple stains. The lamp had two temperature LED light bulbs, the second light had several rusty spots, the chair and footrest in the room is stained with dirt. Surprisingly, the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. A positive thing on day two is they left towels in a bag by the door as I forgot to remove “do not disturb” sign on the door lock. I do not think I will stay in this hotel unless I am desperate or till they renovate it.

They had single pieces of bread in zip lock bags and cereal for breakfast my first two days there. Nothing hot or cooked.

Pool was up and clean It smelled bad

Coffee was great lol . Reserve 2 rooms on Expedia. When I arrived, there was only one room that had been reserved. That's what they told me. Would suggests finding another hotel outside of bluefield, west virginia . Tile floors seemto have some kind sweating problem, the bathroom floors.We're extremely slick if there was tile floors in hallways they were same. That was my first time staying there and last time

I could park my motorcycle under cover.

Great stay

Working pool would be nice, breakfast was a little thin

We also booked two rooms on one reservation. We were told we needed to let them know we wanted rooms on same side of hotel.
