Coffee was great lol . Reserve 2 rooms on Expedia. When I arrived, there was only one room that had been reserved. That's what they told me. Would suggests finding another hotel outside of bluefield, west virginia . Tile floors seemto have some kind sweating problem, the bathroom floors.We're extremely slick if there was tile floors in hallways they were same. That was my first time staying there and last time

In fairness, the General Manager was on duty the next morning and refunded the extra payment. This is not a hotel and conference center. It is a dump and should be removed from your list of offerings,

The hallway smells mildew and the first room I had there was bed bugs on the pillow. The overnight person working moved me to another room but I didn’t get any sleep because I was nervous from seeing the bed bugs. Spoke with the manager the next morning and she wasn’t helpful sounded as if she didn’t care or was use to people telling her this. I asked for a refund and was told since I booked through a 3rd party website she couldn’t do anything. Please beware staying at this hotel

I left a note with things that did no work properly with the desk at checkout. It included in house phone,TV, toilet and ice maker. The outer security doors do not lock-in the back and people were hanging out by the doors smoking at 10:30 at night. Did not feel safe. . The smoke was permeating the halls. The air “freshener” smell in the room was overpowering. My window was cracked from one corner to the other with clear tape over the crack. The breakfast was underwhelming to say the least. It consisted of a waffle maker, 2 dry cereals, about 3 wrapped muffins,milk and juice. Worst stay I’ve had in many years and one of the worst ever.

Didn't sleep AT ALL due to the AC unit being loud and turning off and on about every 10 minutes. The bed was very uncomfortable and the ice machine was broken on our floor. Our TV didn't work, the pool was closed for renovations there was a hair on our "clean" hand towel, found hair in the shower, and the faucet had some white substance on the right handle upon arrival. I have NEVER had such a bad experience. Very upset.

I used to stay at this location quite a bit. It really has been neglected for some time now. There were stains on the carpet and furniture and the room and hallways have a musty odor. The staff are nice but I can't stay here again - cancelled my reservation for later in the week.

The hotel was clean and quiet; breakfast was good. Beds were were comfy; no cigarette smells in the hallways or rooms; staff was very nice and knowledgeable!

Really needs to be updated, clerk was not friendly, and very little food left at breakfast. Would never stay again, disappointed.

Stay elsewhere. The place is run down and in disrepair. Unlike other Quality Inns we stayed at the breakfast was almost nonexistent. Not worth the $112.

Washclothes and hand towels are threadbare. NO Working Ice Machines

The staff was great I'm handicap and they went out of their way to help me and reasign me a 1st floor room. The hotel needs to install handicap rails in the shower and close to the toilet. I felt very unsafe using the shower.
