It was a really nice, clean hotel. My family and I got there at 10 at night after driving for many hours for vacation. When we got to the room, we had no power, only one outlet was working. My husband called the front desk and they called in the manager, who was currently not there, they came in and fixed it pretty quickly for us. They were very helpful. Breakfast was also good! N/A

The decor in the hotel is full of reminders of attractions and memorabilia of Blytheville. I found this particularly pleasing since I am a native Blythevillian who moved away long ago, but returned for a class reunion this past weekend. The lady at the front desk had a delightful personality. She was conversational and really helpful. Check in with simple. Our room was very comfortable, extra pillows without asking! I highly recommend this hotel and all Hampton Inns that serve those delicious complementary breakfasts. I told the lady at the front desk that the breakfasts seal the deal for me and that I will be choosing Hampton for my future travels.

From the moment we checked in, every staff member was friendly and courteous. Every morning there was a wide variety of both hot and cold breakfast choices, with the hot choices changed every day. We will stay here again.

This room was reserved as a handicap accessible through Expedia. When I checked in no handicap rooms were available. This created a hardship which was no fault of the staff.

Although the overall hotel and rooms were clean, I encountered a problem in my room and had to be put into another room. Although they apologized for the inconvenience, they were unable to adjust the bill because I booked it with a third party, which is you. Even though I don't travel on a frequent basis, I was given 19,000 points to be used on my next booking.
