The lady checking us in was on the phone with her family talking on her ear piece ., It took her almost 15 minutes to check me in .The room smelt like old dusty furniture.. The toilets didn’t want to flush.. Not pleased @ all. It took all night fir our phones to charge.. Hardly any reception on cell phones.

No clean lining daily, i had to keep the room clean, dust everywhere in the room under the light fixtures, refrigerator needed defrosted and cleaned. Some staff were pleasant and some were rude. Hotel not recommeded for anyone. Lousy service. Hard to reach front desk when trying to call into the hotel directly or when in the room. It reeked of marijuana through the air vent in the room.

The AC was not on when we arrived. It was so humid on the room that there were small puddles of water on the floor and all the linens were damp.

The only positive things about this hotel is it was super inexpensive. $62 with tax and it is right off of Hwy 55, so convenient to the Interstate. I reserved a room with a king bed but no king beds when I checked in, I found a dead bug on the dresser, and the smoke detector was laying on the bed with no battery in it!! Not safe!! The free breakfast was a joke!! All items came in plastic bags. With the exception of the fruit. It is about as basic as it gets and I did not like that I booked a king bed and didn’t get that!

The staff tried to be as accommodating as possible The room had obviously been work done inside recently and there were construction materials spread throughout. The smoke detector had been removed from the wall and was sitting on the counter by the TV.

I felt at ease leaving my car on the lot. There was an issue with my booking but the staff worked to get it resolved. The rooms were clean and didnt deal with any major issues

It had Analog TV First off when I got there I had no AC their AC was not working. Second there was a bad smell in the room. 3rd the microwave was filthy. 4th so was the ice container the filtration system for the AC was filthy
