Our room floor lamp was falling over, falling apart. The towels were rough, sandpaper like, one very small of soap for the room, either shower or sink but not both. Floors sticky. Noisy location adjacent to a gas station and surrounded by hi ways.

No air no sheets no fridge

This was good for a single night stay while passing on by. No elevator but it was reasonably priced. The room was clean

Very pleased with room. Staff were very helpful in adjusting reservations for handicapped wife.
-
Poorly kept and room unclean. Convenient location but certainly there are better options, even for the low price.

Was a very clean room, very nice staff

Breakfast was weird tasting the juice tasted sour. Always fun to see a roach walking around. Mold spores behind the head of beds on floor.. not a good place if ur a family or women!

Staff was nice. Shower had little to no water pressure. Room was NOT clean. Sheets on one bed had blood stains with other stains. Room was only "cleaned"/serviced once for the 3 day stay. The T.V. and whatever service provider they have continously froze or pixelated.

The room was spacious and overall clean. Didn’t notice any issue with cleanliness. The surroundings of the property was well lit and felt safe even late at night. I had an issue with duplicate payment where I was charged twice - once by Expedia and again by the property - the front desk guy helped me get this sorted by communicating with Expedia in my presence upon my request. Breakfast was just for the name sake. But anyway I paid just $50 and do not expect anything even average - so no complains. The negative part was that the property has no lift and I had to use the stairs for my room on the third floor. But overall it’s a good one.

DON'T STAY HERE. ROACHES. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have asthma and requested a refund but was denied. Do you think that's fair? Then they lied and said I tried to check out at 3am. I lost respect for super8 and booking.com after this.

I liked the location. The beds were comfortable. I like the fact that there was no carpet. Few towels we did have were new. The faucet to the sink was new. Really need to update the rooms though. The price was affordable. The room was awfully hot on arrival. Had a musty odor. The refrigerator was rocking and didn't get my drinks cold until the next day. The bath mat was soaking wet. Not enough towels. I found out the air conditioner did work but only on constant use. I had to keep cutting it on and off. I killed a roach in the room. No one was at the front desk to complain to.

The lady checking us in was on the phone with her family talking on her ear piece ., It took her almost 15 minutes to check me in .The room smelt like old dusty furniture.. The toilets didn’t want to flush.. Not pleased @ all. It took all night fir our phones to charge.. Hardly any reception on cell phones.
