After I reported it, they did move me to another room, which I appreciated in the moment. But the problems didn't stop. The next day I asked for housekeeping to clean the room, and no one ever came. I waited all day, nothing. I'm disappointed and mad because I shouldn't have to deal with a flooded bathroom, get moved, and then still be ignored when I ask for a basic cleaning the next day. It's just poor service start to finish. I won't be staying here again.

I liked the housekeeping lady who greeted us with a cheery “Welcome in!” She was very friendly in the beginning of our stay. I did not like that we discovered that our car was broken into and we were not allowed to see the video of the parking lot. I also did not like that there were not enough cameras in the parking lot. Perhaps Holiday Inn should think about upgrading their equipment because it would be lovely when you’re vehicle is broken into, if you could see the license plate of the car that broke into the vehicles in the parking lot.

The outdoor pool wasn't in use. Getting off the elevator and finding our room and front desk was confusing

Room was clean, staff was friendly and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool area.

The facility was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only problem was the ice machines were not working. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was in great location to the interstate and to food nearby. The bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival.

Location, easy access, clean and spacious room. We expected breakfast, but saw nothing about the details. Night manager said nothing, morning manager commented that ‘it was done at 9:30’ when we inquired at 9:20. That was the main problem. It would have been nice to be informed of details and had been able to make plans, so we did not have to make another stop a few miles away.
