Stay was interrupted with a mouse running around the room. They moved us to another room and roaches was in that room will not stay there again.

I had a great stay and was able to check in early. The only problem I had was that my room was not serviced the entire time I was there. This should be something thats automatically done after 2 days..

This hotel was very dirty, the staff was mostly nonchalant and would never want to interact when issues arose. We stayed for 3 days and asked many days for our room to be cleaned they never did it, we had to go to the fromt desk for towels and washcloths! The coffee in the lobby was disgusting so we purchase our own to make in the room, well the coffee maker was not even able to be used it’s like they are praying no one ever needs to use it. There were no strainer cups and the lid did not fit! We could never make the coffee in room. The hotel was dirty every single day! Will never stay here again honestly. Literally everything I wish I could get my money back.

The facilities were well kept, very up-to-date, comfortable bed, roomy bathroom and plenty of lighting throughout. The parking is convenient and safe. The breakfast was very nice with many options for eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, etc., as well as coffee and juice. The floors were very nice but could have been cleaner.

Convenient as it is close to interstate, I always stay here on my way to and from Florida. It is clean and has breakfast.

Teenagers in rooms on both sides of us were drunk and extremely loud all night. The night manager was called and warned them three times, but the noise never stopped and he refused to call the police. I spoke to the teens twice with the manager present, and more teens were still arriving with more alcohol.The night manager then told me to stay in my room and lock the door for my own safety. He was clearly unable to control the situation or ensure a safe, restful stay. Unable to sleep, we left at 2:00 AM. The night manager promised us a full refund. Now the general manager is refusing to honor that refund and won't even speak to me on the phone. The lack of safety and lack of concern from management after this experience was traumatizing. We will not be returning.

Microwaved eggs not good. We did not use pool. Otherwise everything was good.

Great stop for a road trip. Room was well-sized and taken care of. Staff were helpful and breakfast was sufficient. Facilities were clean and decorated with bright cheerful colors. The hotel is withing walking distance of a strip mall with restaurants and a coffee shop (among others), which made it a one stop driving break. Convenient to the highway.
