Everything room wasn't cleaned toothpaste inside sink tub dirty no towels

The king bed was on springs which squeaked every time we moved. I believe some people are living there who sleep during the day and are up all night, outside talking, in & out of their rooms slamming doors, little kids running back & forth until 2 am in the room above us and people flicking ashes from the upstairs walkway down into our parked car. We hardly got any sleep at all. Breakfast was white bread, cold cereal or a waffle.

Kelly had us all set up with a baby gait and bed. Plenty of bedding and towels. Loved the washer and dryer. I liked everything but the hill I had to park on. ?Next time I hope to be on less of an incline so I can walk some of the road. These old legs aren’t what they used to be. ? I would still stay no matter what.

Not very clean. Room was dark and dingy

There was a hole in the floor, toilet paper holder was broken and the bathroom smells strong of mold. The room had a strong cigarette smell and looked nothing like the pictures online.

NO HOT TUB I booked this room to help my wife relieve some stress we enjoy pools and hot tubs. This hotel has no hot tub and the pool was closed despite advertising a "public hot tub" and pool online.

I was traveling on a motorcycle and asked for a first floor room which was accommodated. The air conditioner worked great. The shower curtain didn't reach the top of the bathtub and water drenched the floor. The safety lock (swing arm type) was barely screwed into the door. The door didn't have any insulation around it plus needed painted badly.

The bathroom was gross. The bedspread had holes. The lights by the bed did not work or the outlets. Hole in wall but we were to tired to go anywhere else. And they had no other double beds

Breakfast was really disappointing. A few pieces of bread, old fruit and cereal.

Front desk was nice. Room was average. No remote but did receive one a few hours later. Would I stay here again? No

The location was convenient. The desk/check-in procedure was easy. But that is about it. Better pillows. Better towels/washclothes and bathroom toiletries. We went to Dollar General and purchased some items.

Cleanliness, breakfast was a joke. Refrigerator looked like it was from a dump.
