Night time desk lady is awesome.

Very noisy group and yelling outside my door on fourth floor but the desk person did let me stay on fourth floor due to more kids than usual … but two men yelling at each other in hallway was not the hotel’s fault

I just wanted to say that the ladies working the breakfast area on July 20th were absolutely amazing. They kept that area cleaned, well stocked and on several occasions helped the families (including mine) with our kids and their needs. 5;stars for the staff and the food itself!

Rooms were clean. Very small spot on shower wall needed fixing. Breakfast was wonderful. Some maintenance going on but it clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the rooms were dirty. Carpet was dirty. Rooms were old and outdated.

Exceptional value. Very clean, efficient check in, comfortable bed, great shower with awesome water pressure, great air conditioning.

It served the purpose for a place to sleep on a long drive. No issue with staff or anything, aside from the slack job on cleaning.

A great Mexican restaurant being a 2 minute walk ftom the hotel was also a plus. We'll plan to stay there on our '27 road trip next year as well.

The women that checked us in was extremely sweet and very helpful! I wish I could remember her name! Our suite was perfect! Breakfast was excellent! I truly couldn't have asked for a better 2 night stay! I highly recommend this place!

We had been driving 18 hours and chose to stop here. Couldn't have been better. Literally the nicest people working there. Made us feel at home and like family. Very warm and welcoming

Ms Yolonda, Ms Christine, and Ms Melissa was great. My husband is vegan and Miss Yolanda went out of her way to have food for him and Miss Christine. Outstanding help from Ms Melissa when we had issue with the tv. If I had business these individuals I would on love to have on my team
