Checking in was unorganized and took forever. Pictures of the rooms were not as advertised. Room amenities were hard to use as fridge was stuffed in closet-hard to open, no filters for coffee pot, or complimentary coffee in room. Dishes appeared to be dirty. Beds reminded me of pull out hide a beds, not very comfortable. Pillows were the only comfortable part of the bed. Air conditioner didn’t seem to work very well and was a puddle of water coming from the unit right infront of our door coming in. Front desk never answered their phone when we called. Sitting by the pool with the kids we had people come to us that were hanging around the bar solicitating drugs. Our room also smelt like weed. We are dogs lovers but also seen signs of no dogs but the room next to us their dog would wake us up early in the morning barking. So over all..I would not go back. Luckily we were only there to sleep and shower as we had a full agenda while we were visiting the area.

The room was humid, there were 2 lizards inside my room. It smelled like mold and it was overall the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The front desk lady was very nice! The bartender, Debbie was amazing! She’s so sweet and very helpful. That’s the only 2 good things about this “hotel”. This is a motel. People literally live there. We saw many needle caps in the halls, no elevators worked, the door to our room wasn’t sealed, the bathroom walls were so dirty, the ac in our room did NOT cool. They send you a long list of rules and text you multiple times during your stay but also don’t enforce any of them. Which was odd. When we woke up this morning people were sleeping next to the pool and also just waking up! If you like to party with drugs and other items this is the place for you, if you’re staying with your family find somewhere else! If you don’t return your room keys they charge you $10. What a joke! Trust me and find somewhere else.

This is an older hotel. The bathroom needs remodeling for sure. The glass sliding shower does not slide easy and is a bug safety hazard. The handle on the sliding glass doors are about to come off. The elevator was very small and super slow. The bathroom door does not close all the way if you push the door it opens. Same with the room door you must slam it or you can just push open. The kitchen was fine and living area was fine. Pool was very warm and dirty as well as the hot tub.

First, I was given a room that was not cleaned after prior tenants. Had to go back to front desk to get another room. Got into the new room,TV is not working...had to go back to front desk...the lady helped me out and paired the TV with their system...by that time was not sure I wanted to even stay there...didn't feel safe (I was by myself). Left and spent the night at a friend's house...never asked for any discounts.

I thought their text messages were awesome- they said “it was monitored 24/7”. I text back to see if we could check in early the night before leaving & got zero response. I called Friday morning- it rang & no one ever picked up. I tried three times- same thing. We arrived at 1pm & asked if there was availability to check in early (I was prepared to pay the $50 fee). The guy was extremely unhelpful- had ear buds in & he said “you will have to call at 2pm & ask if your room is ready.” Bizarre as he couldn’t look at the computer he was standing in front of?? We called at 2 & indeed we could check in. They gave us the wrong room- queen bed- I paid for a King. The ceiling fan wasn’t working nor the a/c. My husband went back down (their elevator was not working) & asked. They gave us another King room. Ceiling fan broken- just stuck on the lowest setting and you couldn’t make it faster- so worthless. The a/c was way too small for room so we ended up moving all the furniture around and put the bed right by it so we wouldn’t sweat all night. The property is dirty & needs much renovation. The door was janky & didn’t fit snugly in the door jam and had a good size gap. Room was gross. We wanted to leave but I would not get our money back so we were stuck. Never again.

It looks okay from the out side but beware.

Great location! Tiki bar bartender was the best. Inside bar just ok. I would stay again.

Online it said it was near the beach but it took a 25-30 min Uber ride to get to the beach.

Room was large I paid for and reserved a First Floor room with a patio. They confirmed, and when I arrived, it was not available. Instead, they gave me a 4th-floor room, and the elevator was out of service. Why pay extra for a first floor in advance? They took no ownership and simply said, sorry.

Room was ok, but the property itself had a lot of trash around and we even found a food wrapper in the hot tub. The pool was not very clean, and the staff was less than helpful with the exception of one young man. Elevator was out the entire stay, imagine hauling a weeks work of luggage from up and down the fourth floor. We had zero housekeeping service and had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Location is great, but overall will not be staying here again.

Great for one night business stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Also Bar/restaurant onsite has good food at reasonable prices. Will definitely stay here again.
