Good spot…Affordable, compared to Boca… if you’re not looking for anything fancy and just need a room t0 that’s the place to be

My stay at this hotel was a terrible experience from beginning to end. The property was dirty throughout, and it was obvious that cleanliness and maintenance were not being properly addressed. The room was not up to acceptable standards, and the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. One of the biggest issues was the bathroom. The toilet did not work properly and would not flush correctly, which created a very inconvenient and unpleasant situation during my stay. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I reached out and messaged the staff regarding the problems I was experiencing, but no one took action to help resolve the situation. Despite making my concerns known, I received little to no assistance. The customer service was equally disappointing. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Staff members appeared more focused on their phones than on assisting guests. Their lack of attention, poor attitude, and unwillingness to provide adequate customer service made an already bad experience even worse. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. Between the dirty conditions, broken amenities, uncomfortable beds, lack of assistance, and poor customer service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast was great. Jason at service desk was great. We turned in our towels for new ones on Friday, said they out, and we would get new ones first thing the next morning, didn't happen we asked 3 more times for them said they didn't have any. They lied to us, seen their cart, there was several clean towels and they would NOT give us any. We wanted to take a shower and they would Not give us towels, we had none.Went for the 4th time to front desk and told them how they lied. So he went and got us some towels it was 3pm when we finally received our new towels. So much for first in the morning. We were there all day waiting, that just wrong to treat guests like that.

Shower should have a better water pressure. Never cleaned the rooms and I had to request to change towels on my day 3.

Nice place, older property, but great staff, and a nice restaurant and tiki bar. Breakfast was so good this morning

Great location great price! Was there doing a. College tour at FAU so we were really close. The hotel had a bar next to the pool which was great for me AND the kids! Would stay here again. Room was clean and had a cute private balcony surrounded by beautiful trees. We ate outside and even got to enjoy some wild life. staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was hot. It took 24 hours for them to send someone. The pool was dirty. Overall unpleasant stay.
