The stuff was responsive and nice The room was horrible and smelled like mold. It had old and broken furniture and the shower was broken as well. Everything felt neglected. I would not recommend this hotel.

The initial receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful. The facilities were leaking everywhere. We would have breakfast and dinner in the main area and several drops of water on our head and food, and everyone acted as if it were normal. Everyone meaning the staff found roaches in our room. The room smelled like mold and poorly kept, overall just very disappointed with the price we pay to stay here you’d expect a lot more.

Very clean. Great breakfast. Wonderful happy hour with drink coupons. All the staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is 50 years old (not my guess- a worker told us that) so it shows its age a bit. Everything was clean, but the rooms were musty smelling. We had to get an air fresher from the maid, they carried AirWick Solid air fresheners on the cart so we weren't the first to ask for it. On the second night of out 2-night stay we returned to the room to find standing water on the bathroom floor due to a leak in the floor above. I called the front desk but they were too busy to help me right then due to people checking in (it was nearly midnight). They called back about a half hour later and said they would send us towels to mop up the floor (us, not maintenance or housekeeping), and they were too full to offer another room. I complained at checkout about all the above, and was told they couldn't do anything for us because we booked through a third party (hotels.com).

Reception staff were equally brilliant. They were friendly courteous and went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. The only issue we had was with housekeeping, were our repeated requests to make our room were ignored and in one instance declined by housekeeping staff when approached directly. Finally, when they did make up our room after two days they did not put fresh sheets or pillow cases on our bed. But instead just made up the used sheets.

The menu was the same each morning. Maybe they can switch it up a couple of morning other than that the breakfast was good. The food was good. As far as the room, the rooms are nice and clean. The toilets are so low to the ground so that is something they need to change the television stations they have for old old old they have HBO Cinemax and STARZ everything on there are 80s and 90s shows televisions definitely need to be upgraded.

Hotel is gorgeous! Very clean wonderful staff beautiful room. Will definitely be back.
