Embassy Suites Boca Raton

Excellent hotel!!!! This was my first time staying at this hotel and I would DEFINITELY stay again and recommend! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly. The bartender was even kind enough to still let me get a drink with my ticket even though I had the end time way wrong! My husband and I got a king suite and it was great! It was an added bonus to have two tvs where I could watch what I wanted and he could play his Nintendo switch games! I only have 2 negatives which are 1. the drain in the shower was extremely slow. Each time I showered the water got high enough to pretty much cover my feet. I was worried that the water would spill out on the floor. My husband and I also had to wait a long time for the water to drain before the next person showered. If not, the water would for sure run out onto the bathroom floor. And 2, which is somewhat minor, the elevators are placed in a bit of a usual place away from the front desk. Not only was it a bit of a walk to get to with all of our luggages but you have to walk pass the dining/reception area, and the elevators are glass so everyone can see you when you go to the elevators as well as when you’re inside the elevators.

They had a free beach shuttle listed, there was no beach shuttle. They listed a restaurant and bar/lounge open daily. The restaurant wasn’t open every day and when it was only at night, which was the bar/lounge. So needless to say that if I wanted food and drinks I had to leave the hotel and be inconvenienced or had to pay for delivery and wait. Also eat/drink by myself. They offered a jacuzzi/hot tub but it was broken my entire stay. Those were the three biggest reasons why I booked this hotel because I didn’t wanna venture out for food and drinks. I want to eat and drink all day every day if I want to, and I want to sit and relax in the Jacuzzi whenever I wanted to and I could not do any of those things. I don’t normally complain, but this was ridiculous.

Couldn't check-in in until almost 10pm due to systems being down. Was not thrilled about that. But overall a decent stay.

This is my third day at the Embassy, which I like and recommend anyone that have not experienced the atmosphere of the hotel before.

The room was infested with roaches. We were offered a different room. The new room furniture were stained, roll out couches was broken, and the carpet was nasty.

The service overall is amazing but the rooms need updating badly! Toilet I had to hold the lever for everything to actually go down, rooms smell like mildew so had to spray air fresheners, elevator had a scared as we got stuck in it and thank God it finally moved.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The guy at the front desk barely said 2 words to me. The breakfast was basically a serve yourself continental breakfast and the food was awful. Neither my daughter or I finished anything on our plate. One of the elevators was out of service, so going up and down to our room took forever.

Good looking hotel, fantastic lobby. Very helpful staff, but the room was old, dark and depressing. Spacious rooms but very old and tired.

Older rooms need updating,bathroom light bulb out, body wash empty should be topped off prior to guest arrival,also insects on floor in bathroom. Sink in bathroom had more water pressure than the shower. No grip on floor in shower easily could slip if not careful. Check in and Breakfast staff very courteous and nice.

Our stay was fine. The rooms need updating and the breakfast was simply ok. Overall, an okay place to stay.

The hotel is currently under renovation; however, the furniture and even the pictures in the bedroom were noticeably dirty. The problem was not that the room was outdated, but that it was not clean.

The rooms smell terrible. The whole building is poorly maintained and dirty. Our toilet didn’t work and there wasn’t any soap in the showers. The sinks leak. Everything reeks.

my only complaint was not having enough luggage carts. people hoarding them. need a better policy.
